This is probably one of the worst taco bells in fresno. Prices are higher, staff is slow, and homeless are everywhere. I would highly recommend avoiding this location and going to the one by the college instead.

Saturday 8/24 01:30 The order was accurate, but the tray was greasy and lacked liners. Accessing the ice required unlocking a button, which is a positive feature for controlling quantities; however, the overall quality was poor, and the customer service was even worse. Notably, 2 managers were present in the lobby, seemingly oblivious to these issues. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of attention to service quality in a location that does not feel particularly safe. The service experience resembled that of a prison, raising the question of whether managers should be more vigilant about poor service. It is advisable to travel a few extra miles to avoid this establishment. Also they were speaking negatively with another employee lobby about another employee in the lobby that’s so unprofessional!

I went to a different locaion that made wanted to come back to taco bell but not this one waited a lot for the restroom and no soap also not a good service here
