Ordered the new tacos and this is what I received was cold to the touch. I observed the worker touching door handles POS systems with her food service gloves and didn’t change them once.

Long time wait every time

Horrible service. These people think just because they have kiosks now, they no longer have to attend customers in the lobby. Would give 0 stars if i could. :)

Parking: I drive a big vehicle, and your drive thru is so narrow that i have to go inside to order. Other than that great place.

Always missing food

I placed an order for a crunch wrap with extra cheese and no beef yet got beans without mentioning them, and a bean rice and cheese burrito that came out 90% rice, I only had two items, it was not hard to make correctly. The cashier on the receipt says Alexandria but it was a guy with tattoo’s who took my order so I don’t know but that’s who’s register it was at the time. As someone who works in fast food I do my best to be polite and respectful but this isn’t excusable when no other car was there.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Taco Bell location. The cashier, who told us to use the kiosk, displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. When we mentioned that we didn't know how to use it, instead of offering assistance at the register, she insisted that we use the kiosk anyway. Although she eventually showed us how to use it, the entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza due to my dietary restrictions and religious beliefs, which prohibit me from eating chicken. Despite this, she served me a regular Mexican Pizza with chicken. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. For someone who cannot eat chicken due to religious reasons, this mistake caused immense frustration and left me feeling disregarded and deeply disappointed. This kind of attitude and poor service is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure such incidents do not happen again. This employee's behavior and disregard for basic service etiquette warrant serious consideration for disciplinary action. I hope improvements are made immediately.
