If I could leave negative star reviews I would. The employees at the Shaw and Cedar location need to be retrained when they can't even get an order correct. Nobody ever answers the phones here either. This location needs to be shut down. Absolutely ridiculous.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION... I ordered AHEAD, 3 doritos locos taco SUPREME, swaped out for steak, but I GUESS when you swap out, they give you steak and cheese, ITS NO LONGER A SUPREME... WTH, pay all that $, Order ahead, and you still screw it up.... Should just go to ASADA OR NADA FOOD TRUCK.

How pathetic that I place a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving and saying the computers are down that I have to wait 40 MINUTES!! when I’ve worked at these locations before and they shut down at 3 and foes not that long at all. Just laziness in not wanting to start it up. Waste of time! Wish I could’ve got refunded
They just don't care. Instead of canceling an item because they ran out, they wanted to give me an item a lesser value without returning the difference. They told me I had to call customer service to cancel the amount

This is the worst taco bell in fresno. I came here to pick up a door dash order and the lady said it’s gonna be a 45 minutes wait, I told door dash about this and they called her. But she lied to them that the order is ready and no one came to pick it up. She’s a liar and this taco bell always makes you wait for atleast 20-25 mintues.

Ordered the new tacos and this is what I received was cold to the touch. I observed the worker touching door handles POS systems with her food service gloves and didn’t change them once.
