I’m a dasher and I got two pickup orders at the same time at night time but the employees told me to come again for the second one and gave me only one DoorDash order at the busy drive thru which impacted by customer ratings because of the long wait time and bad service by the store

I ordered a chicken taco (crispy) and a drink, it was a to go order, I picked up from drive through and they put taco in a bag and when I arrived home and opened i was surprised to see the tacos are empty and all salad and chicken cubes are bottom of the bag, I immediately called them and asked them why they didn’t put my tacos in the box and this way is not falling apart but they said it was like this. So much upset 😪

Had a mobile order, asked to add a drink to the order, the guy said I’d have to go back around to order again. Makes zero sense. I work in food, it’s not hard to add a drink on the computer and have me pay for it you don’t even make anything just pour it ??? So annoying, the employees here suck so much

It’s a Taco Bell, you get what you’d expect. At times because it is across from Fresno State, it can be really busy or when people are leaving bars they want Taco Bell. When it is quieter, the wait is good and no main problems with service. Very close to bulldog stadium, so stay away when there are games going on, very busy

If I could leave negative star reviews I would. The employees at the Shaw and Cedar location need to be retrained when they can't even get an order correct. Nobody ever answers the phones here either. This location needs to be shut down. Absolutely ridiculous.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION... I ordered AHEAD, 3 doritos locos taco SUPREME, swaped out for steak, but I GUESS when you swap out, they give you steak and cheese, ITS NO LONGER A SUPREME... WTH, pay all that $, Order ahead, and you still screw it up.... Should just go to ASADA OR NADA FOOD TRUCK.
