I had to order Carne Asada tacos because that's all the meat they had available besides chicken. It was a Saturday and was busy, but I was disappointed with my order. I didn't provide a photo because, honestly, I was too happy with my order. I will give it another chance. Maybe go a bit earlier during the day on a Saturday.
Biggest Taco truck I've seen in town, their Fish and Shrimp tacos are very delicious and feeling, grilled or fried, pick your chile, salsa or sauce whatever you want to call it, they are all sabrosos.
Wow! I had a carne asada quesadilla and it was large. The asada was cooked well and a bit crunchy-just how I like it. The meat was prepared in this manner without me having to ask for it. A bonus of the quesadilla was that it was large, I couldn't finish the quesadilla. It was filled to the brim with cheese and meat. Also, their green salsa is well balanced and full of flavor.
