12/6/23 at around 11pm. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and taco surpremes. The quesadilla isn't sliced, which is fine, but they did only give me regular tacos, not taco supremes. Sh*t isn't cheap these days. If I pay for some overpriced sour cream, I expect some overpriced sour cream. To top it off, they give you little to none hot sauce packets. So now im eating a dry a** uncut quesadilla and tacos I overpaid for. Thanks guys.

Always getting our orders wrong. We eat here about once a week because we have busy schedules and we always have to take our food back because our customized order is made wrong every time. You had one job, how hard is it to read a monitor.

Heads up, you need to place your order at the kiosk by door. Not too difficult if you have your teenager with you. You can really customize your order with the electronic menu.It's summer so the special drink is a frozen watermelon lemonade that is so good you need to order the large size.

The 5 dollar craving box is a pretty good deal. You get a 5 layer burrito, a supreme chalupa, a taco and cinnamon twists plus a drink. We got these last week and I enjoyed it.

First of all, there are flies, buzzing around the entire dining room and kitchen. Second, I ordered a meal with an iced coffee. There was a long wait time and then the meal came with no drink. I asked about my drink and the person helping me told me that it would be a few more minutes. I completely finished my meal and went and asked about my drink again And was offered a replacement drink because the drive-through person was too busy to make my drink. I asked the manager if he was the only person who knows how to make it, and she replied yes... And then changed that to the drive-through person is very busy and he is the only one that can fit in that area where apparently the ice coffee would've gotten made, I was told he'll get to it when he has time. After a few more minutes, I decided to leave because I was becoming too angry at the situation and how nonchalantly I was being treated.

I just came here and the workers were super rude, no greeting, no response. Nothing at all. All the workers seen me waiting and no one came to help me to order. I would not recommend this place. No customer service at all. I understand you guys are busy but respect the customer because that's what keeps this business going obviously and to top it off forgot two of my items that I ordered. I'm just very disappointed and angry with this location and the workers. The disappointment. Everyone working tonight treat your customers nicely and with respect or don't work at all with that attitude.

The worst order I have ever had! My 3 taco supremes were not supremes. no tomatoe, no lettuce and I ordered ext lettuce, no cheese and hardly any chicken literally, it was just a tortilla on all three! All good was cold. No straw for my drink. Less than a teaspoon of nacho sauce in both containers and I ordered two extra sauces I never receive. I am mortified that I paid $50 and literally, no food!!! Absolutely do not recommend this location!! Obviously, the food going out is not checked and the only thing that is consistent is the lack of food and the missing items.

(12/29/22) Drive-thru for lunch tomorrow! Line moved fast! Chicken power bowl with extra hot sauce ordered. The worker was kind and wished a good day after paying and handing over order. Next day and already lunchtime! Time flying by too darn fast! Got lunch heated to enjoy. It was delicious! Fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Great guacamole, beans, chicken and rice! Fantastic lunch! Good service too! Highly recommended!
