Today we called in an order and received a mess! One tostada was ordered and came in a huge plate covered in beans cheese and lettuce you couldn’t see the tostada it was supposed to be a shrimp ceviche and it came wet with beans the shrimp in both tostada and tacos looked boiled the meat plate wasn’t the best either I have never been so disappointed we loved this truck we ordered menudo all the time will not be coming back !

El Rinconsito Taco truck was our stop while traveling, and I chose it based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and the salsas were bomb. They didn’t have grilled onions at the moment, but the lady quickly made some fresh for me, which was excellent customer service.
We also ordered the asada fries; not going to lie, those could be improved they were a bit dry and lacked flavor. But aside from that, everything else was great. Taco truck was very clean, and overall, I really liked it and definitely recommend it.

We love this taco truck. The people are nice and the food is always great! I never have boingy meat when ordering asada- iykyk. I also see many people buying vegetarian items here- so they are accommodating. Just watch out for the salsa- it's so hot I can't use any of it- mama needs medium, ha!

Besides their tacos which are delicious and always recommended (i.e. their carne asada tacos 🌮🤤), I got to try one of their specials, a shredded beef enchilada burrito, and it hit the spot!
