I love everything about your food and your service, but the ONLY thing is that you guys really need to be more consistent with staying open on the hours of operations you already have listed. As you have THE VERY BEST Mexican food in The Entire Central Valley of California. No other Mexican-style eatery even comes close, as you are guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST there is and ever will be 💯. At the very least, you should notify your regulars like myself, that you will be closed for a family emergency or an upcoming holidays. Many of us who love and adore your food like I do... wait all week long for you to finally be open and to have your food, only to be let down by you stating over the phone that you are closed. Please don't force your regulars, like myself, to eat other restaurants/food trucks garbage Mexican food. As no one else really knows what they're doing except for you guys. You can easily lose customers this way by not being informative enough and communicating thoroughly. I don't have the type of Social Media that most little kids have such as Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, so if you're posting anything on there pertaining to your business, I am unable to see it. So, respectfully, I would strongly recommend you guys setting some sort of text & email list that sends out alerts to all your regulars, like myself. So this way, those of us who love your restaurant/food truck, can keep up with the latest news and/or changes that are taking place. Thank you in advance.

Sad they don’t have tables outside to sit and eat their located in the middle of a dirt field but JESUUUSSS THEIR FOOD IS GOOD. My partner took me here to try their food for the first time tonight and literally best birria and consome (was my fav fyi) i ever had. It was so flavorful and their portions will FILLED YOU UP. I thought i paid too much but 2/3 birria tacos and 2/4 jalapeño poppers filled me up their sizes are really good and will fill you up fast. It was a rainy night so the atmosphere just felt peaceful:) recommend everyone to try their birria for sure.

Got my order wrong, ordered a Torta with no onions.. instead they put no beans, and added the onion... Didn't realize until i got home. Then i show up at 9:30 p.m on a Thursday night, and they are no where in sight, but it said they were open when i checked online... Food is decent. But not worth the hassle.

Ordered asada tacos and birria tacos. They were very delicious. When I arrived the place was really busy. You could tell it was a popular food truck! It does take a minute to get your food but it’s worth the wait!!

The meat was flavored well... but more than anything, that sauce was extremely good and went well with everything we ordered.
Thursday — Sunday, from 6:30PM-10:00PM was (I think) the time frame they stated they would be open. The order taker was kind and even suggested the birria tacos when we asked for two tacos of every meat.
Ambience/Area: 2.5/5 For our experience, at around 9:30PM when we were there to order, there were a ton of flies/bugs flying around at the window as people ordered their food. It's not a big deal for myself, however, if I were to be honest that is not a pretty sight for customers. Nevertheless, I want to not it's more important to review the food and service above the ambience or location.
Overall a 4/5, and a great experience in flavor. That sauce is delicious, and I would likely go back just for tacos with the sauce. Highly recommend.

For $9.00 I got 3 Asada Tacos: Red Salsa Green Salsa A slice of Lemon A slice of Lime Radish & Cucumbers And it's on a yellow corn tortillas. (Thank you for that). The tacos are a little bigger than your average street taco. They're not the size of a quarter like most Taco Trucks. Customer service is humble n helpful, she even helped me set up my debit card on my phone (new phone) because I forgot my wallet at work. Decided to pull over and try the tacos, Man! Tacos are Bomb! Tripa tacos were 🔥🔥 and the salsas were also bomb. Had it's own distinct flavor. Only down side, no diet coke lol besides that give this place 5 stars!
