We usually have great things to say about dining here, but this past Friday the service was really disappointing. I still left a good tip because that’s who I am, though honestly I should have spoken to a manager. We had to ask more than once for basic things like straws and napkins, which felt uncomfortable and shouldn’t have been necessary. I understand we were a larger group, but after spending over $300, we expected more attentive service. We couldn’t even get drink refills. Sadly, this experience makes me think twice about coming back with a bigger party. Also Jon needs to do better. Oh and my food was cold, which I didn't mind but bad service and cold food together is wild.

We planned to have dinner at Tajoe Joe's in Fresno. We were seated after 30+ minutes or so but when my husband,son and I were seated we waited,waited some more until finally received our drinks...we asked for rolls...the waiter refused and said that we can get those when the bread comes. We hadn't ordered yet when he told us this. Thirty minutes or more passed and we never got our order taken and never received bread. My husband had to tell waiter we were ready to order and we'd like shrimp...still waiting, we got up to leave.my husband paid for drinks and shrimp that we didnt eat. The manager was not willing to hear my husband's concerns on our experience. Very disappointing...no apologies and we waited for 30 minutes or more,refused rolls...terrible experience never going back. Yes, we are Latinos I feels like we weren't wanted

Worst experience ever!!!! Our reservation was not ready upon arrival. We ordered wine that never came. My pasta came cold and congealed and I could not eat it. My husband ordered a ribeye and received and prime rib. We alerted the waitress and she said “no he didn’t, he ordered prime rib”. He’s never ordered prime rib in his life. Tahoe joes you’ve let me down.

Ordered the holiday meal for Christmas. Overall, good and will probably do it next year. It was delivered on time and in sealed packaging. But, I guess there had to be a but, had the apple and pumpkin pies with the meal. Both pies were sub-standard and in fact the pumpkin was a throw away. Management should address this issue if they want to hit a home run

We made reservations here and they set us down promptly. Table was pretty small, not a lot of legroom.  I ordered a beer and my Wife had a soda. They brought out everything except for my wife's soda. We had to request her drink about five minutes later.  Service continued like that for the rest of the night. Appetizers were brought out first and then bread later. I ordered ribeye steak it was OK but not the best. I've eaten here before and have had much better service and food. I hope things improve in the future. I do like the ambience .
Had an excellent dinner at Tahoe Joe’s tonight. We ordered the 20oz ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. You can really tell they know how to do steak the right way.
For dessert, we had the cheesecake, which was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. We also brought a nice bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner; the $10 cork fee is very reasonable and appreciated.
Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and solid service all around. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

We always like this Tahoe themed restaurant. It is always a good place to visit. The hostess is funny and kind. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always tasty with every detail meeting mouthwatering expectations.. They also offer a delicious cheesecake or an assortment of pies if you're still hungry. Try it you'll like it.
