I ordered a medium well steak, but it was closer to rare, and the restaurant was really warm, even for those who are colder natured. Our waitperson could not be found after we got our food, which is why I tried to eat my rare steak. When she finally appeared, she was prepared to give us our check, even though we wanted to order 2 desserts. For the price we paid, I was not impressed. And, last, I made the reservation 2 weeks ago, yet we were grown adults and were seated in a booth...

The host and server were very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. Our server was new so the timing of the presentation of the food was a little off. He didn't give us time to finish one course before he brought the next one. I would definitely return.

We enjoyed our visit to Tahoe Joe's very much. It was my husband‘s birthday, we decided just to do dinner the two of us. I had the calamari steak and big baked potato, which was phenomenal. My husband had the fillet with green beans and big baked potato, and everything was cooked to perfection, the warm dinner rolls are to die for!!!!!The only complaint I have is we both had Caesar salad and it was literally trenched in dressing so much so that it made the lettuce soggy....
