We enjoyed our visit to Tahoe Joe's very much. It was my husband‘s birthday, we decided just to do dinner the two of us. I had the calamari steak and big baked potato, which was phenomenal. My husband had the fillet with green beans and big baked potato, and everything was cooked to perfection, the warm dinner rolls are to die for!!!!!The only complaint I have is we both had Caesar salad and it was literally trenched in dressing so much so that it made the lettuce soggy....

Great food and service! Loved the 19hr smoked steak but especially the tempura styled shrimp. From Virginia, we visited the NPs in Sept 2024 and celebrated our 19th anniversary at Tahoe Joe's as recommended by Rick and Susan Hall, owners and operators of Baker & Hall Farm & Baker House (5* Air BnB) in Dunlap, CA.

This is a fabulous place to have a really reasonably-priced dinner . The steak is excellent here. I was massively impressed by the service. I came with my husband, but there were other couples, and families, groups of men, girlfriends..it's a place for everyone. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tahoe Joe's.

Vegetarian options: The waiting staff were really helpful about various options.
