I ordered off of DoorDash last week.My order went through and everything . Until my dasher got to the restaurant and she realized that the restaurant has been closed for a while.I cancelled my order as soon as she gave me a call.Still took my money after cancelling my order. Should definitely update on DoorDash that you guys “ARE NO LONGER OPEN”.

last night was our first time we went to this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the great meal and wine and with the modest cost. We will absolutely go back there in a short time.

If I was rating just the food it would be 5 stars, my California burger was fantastic, my fries were hot & crispy. Unfortunately the cashier was nothing but horrible. She made me feel like I was bothering her. I walked in today, 11.10.20 at about 1:30, I had a half hour before closing. Upon walking in I was not greeted, I walked up to the register & was asked, do you know what you want? I ordered my burger, "ok, is that it?" I asked for fries & a drink, again asked, "is that it?" The cook was quick, efficient & properly handling the food. My meal was handed to me and cashier walked away without a thank you or enjoy but instead made me continue to feel bothersome. I would hate for her attitude to stop people from visiting this wonderful, local establishment that is usually on point with service.

It's a good option, but this is the second time they get my basic beef and lettuce burger wrong.... wouldn't trust them for any custom burger.

Ordered an All American. Got the California. Fries seems like they were cutting back. They forogt my drink until i asked for it. The burger was good. Dont get me wrong. The service and the order was wrong so not enjoyable as it could be.

Please re-train this girl on efficiency and customer service. First off, their soda machine is "down" and she was going to charge me $2.50 each for a small can of soda. When I asked her why they're so much, she asked the girl cooking how much they actually were. The girl responded "$1" and she changed it...but I wonder how many people she already charged $2.50 without checking herself.In the 10-15 minutes I was waiting for my order, I saw her forget everyone's drinks and condiments. She doesn't seem friendly at all...just over it. Bad attitudes keep people from coming back. Also, I'm incredibly disappointed how places like this have taken advantage of the current situation of Covid-19. Especially since restaurants are now allowed to open at minimum capacity. They had their bathrooms closed(I assume they just don't want to have to clean it) and they even had signs on their bench seats that said no sitting. I have a bad knee and just decided to sit anyway on a chair. For their prices, they should offer a little more compassion and effort to their customers and hire people that are friendly and motivated. I work customer service so I know it's not impossible. I gave 2 stars because the burger was good but the fries are the frozen ones you buy at the grocery store. Nothing special. The girl cooking was good. She was working 2-3 times harder and faster than the girl at the counter.

Great small business to support downtown. Also black owned and WOMAN owned the Bernie Mac Burger had me in a full itis you might need a nap after, but it was so good! I ordered it after reading other reviews on here and I wasnt disappointed. My co-worker got the fried chicken burger and he said it was great! Definitely go support this downtown business. The staff were super sweet and handled the lunch rush like a boss from what I could see.

Great food, but not consistent or considerate. They substitute items when they are out of something without telling you. This has happened multiple times. Like they'll sell you a salad for a to go order, but put a spoon in the bag because they don't have forks. Today they substituted a main ingredient on my food item. I just happen to be allergic to this item and can't eat it without being ill for the next 24 hours. Not appreciated and not very good customer service. It's not too much to ask that you at least make customers aware if you are altering their order. Disappointing to say the least. Makes me not want to eat there and they do have really good food.

Thought I'd try a burger for lunch during jury duty. OMG! Take 3 delivers! So yummy! Huge burger with fresh veggies, perfect fries and a quiet table outside. There's no way I can eat this for lunch the feast of the week but I will be wishing to do just that. Soooooooo delicious! Thanks Take 3!
