It was my first time visiting this location and the overall experience was AWESOME. Henry the barista who attended to me was by far above and beyond exceptional. He's a very friendly and kind individual and he will definitely be the reason I return. My Honalulu drink I requested was superior. I highly recommend to everyone pay this location a visit you won't be disappointed.

It’s okay a bit pricey compared to other tea places, also really expensive loose leaf tea, for example I got 2oz of roasted Yerba for $17 when online I would’ve been able to get 4oz for that price. More of a last resort when I’m REALLY in need of a certain tea

Worst and expensive boba tea. Full of ice and taste less. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Their tea is sooo amazing! And the staff is also super friendly. I met a worker I think her name was Megan, she had braided piggy tails and has a very sweet voice, I thought she was really nice. I asked for a drink recommendation and she went ahead and made it for me and it turned out super delicious. AND she loves hello kitty, like me, so it was a great conversation.I was reading the reviews before giving this place a try and now looking back, I don’t see how anyone would have a problem with the staff. They were welcoming and had smiles on their faces. Im def going back :) thank you for making my day Megan and Teazers!!

Beautiful location with amazing drinks!! Love the employees! They are all so sweet, this one employee is so sweet she has the best laugh and just made me so happy to be around! I could hear her from where I was sitting and it made me smile, love her vibes, she definitely helped me find a good drink.She make me a koi fish and it has been my favorite so far!!

The girl behind the counter making the tea was so loud and obnoxious I could hear her through my earphones. I don't mind some loudness but her loudness and laughing was literally constant without breaks which inspired me to write a review. I don't have time to do these things but dang she really inspired me today.The pink kashmiri chai I got was literally pink diluted sugary milk with somewhat hint of cinnamon. Then I have no idea what's in it I felt like I was getting Braxton Hicks contractions from it.

My girls and I really enjoy this location. The atmosphere is perfect for a little afternoon tea upstairs with my Darlins. This visit I tried a South African herbal tea, Vanilla Rooibos - sweet with Oak milk. Delicious!
A heads-up to the Plant-based, and non-dairy drinkers. There is a $.75 up charge for oat milk. Personally, I think this is ridiculous to charge someone after you’ve asked if you’d like cream or sweetener in your tea. And furthermore $.75 for 2 tablespoons of oat milk is outrageous. Other than that little spat I still love Teazers and this location.
