Teazer World Tea Market - River Park

The overpowering scent of the cleaning products ran me out of the place. I noticed that everyone else except for 2 other parties also ordered and left. Customers should be able to enjoy the aromas of the various teas. When I encounter such overuse of fragrances, I can't help but wonder if the person or establishment is trying to mask the lack of cleanliness.

The drinks taste more like sugar than tea.. too much syrup

Space is kinda tight, and furniture is kinda odd, not very private. Selection is massive, and service is great.

Their service great. Their teas are the best, and they know what to give you when you say I don't know!

Delicious, the tea can be calibrated just how you want it. The shop itself is clean, pretty, and relaxing. A perfect vibe. I will 100% be back. The cashier I had was helpful and considerate, and the drink was out super fast. 🍵😋

Worst customer service ever, the girl got my order wrong and when I tried to get her attention she just ignored me, when I finally got her attention she said don’t step into the kitchen and rudely gestured with her hand to get out of there. I recommend management to train your employees to be courteous and polite to customers, don’t just ignore us. Don’t want to be there? get another job!

Expensive but worth it ever time

Ordered a tea and watched the employee dip his finger into the drink to push the lemons down. When the other employee called my number to pick up the drink I politely told her what I witnessed. She said “WeLl we wAsH OuR HanDs.” I replied, “So you don’t use gloves, ever?” She rolled her eyes, snatched the drink from the counter, and dramatically through it into the trash can. She then had the nerve to raise her voice at me and say she’d make a new one. I mean would anyone want a drink that a stranger dipped their finger into? I don’t think so.

Went not too long after opening. There was barely a line yet the wait was pretty long for 2 drinks. They have a large array of drinks (cold & hot) to choose from but I ordered the Green Monster, and it was subpar at most. It felt like I could barely taste the matcha or even the vanilla, more like I was just drinking iced sweetened milk. Pricey as well for something like that. Would not recommend in my opinion.

Now serving a high tea…section of the place reserved just for that.

They have many kinds of very delicious teas by the way.

Waiting for 40+ mins, nothing is fresh made. Cookies came from the packages ( Yes, I just saw where they came from). It’s not worthy for $45 ☹️
