Love this place although is becoming expensive and they also make you get the biggest size for a hot drink, I dislike that. Drink was not as expected, I usually love it at tower location. Service is a dry ok on my last visit.
This place had the best drink I’ve ever had in my life and tasted out of this world. The location is also great and the prices are reasonable.
I’m sure they missed our order for one drink and waited 30 mins after 5 people behind us got there. Staff wasn’t friendly. Need to improve their customer service.

They had high tea and it was so amazing! Dillon was super sweet and gave us the full experience! Would come here again especially if he is there!
The overpowering scent of the cleaning products ran me out of the place. I noticed that everyone else except for 2 other parties also ordered and left. Customers should be able to enjoy the aromas of the various teas. When I encounter such overuse of fragrances, I can't help but wonder if the person or establishment is trying to mask the lack of cleanliness.

Space is kinda tight, and furniture is kinda odd, not very private. Selection is massive, and service is great.

Delicious, the tea can be calibrated just how you want it. The shop itself is clean, pretty, and relaxing. A perfect vibe. I will 100% be back. The cashier I had was helpful and considerate, and the drink was out super fast. 🍵😋
Worst customer service ever, the girl got my order wrong and when I tried to get her attention she just ignored me, when I finally got her attention she said don’t step into the kitchen and rudely gestured with her hand to get out of there. I recommend management to train your employees to be courteous and polite to customers, don’t just ignore us. Don’t want to be there? get another job!
