Best Birthday experience! My son took me for High Tea. The customer service was exquisite, food delicious, and tea was aromatic and full of flavor. I can't wait to do it again!!

It's so ridiculous the prices,almost 10 dollars for a cup of tea,and they want tip too.

Only tea! Wide variety though!

We ordered the Milk Teas:

Heavenly Chai - parents liked it, closer to traditional chai

White Christmas chai- nutty flavor with sweetness

Monk chai - creamy chai, but too sweet

Seating was limited, like a tiny cafe! Wish they had more seating!

On December 25th around 5 p.m., I stopped by this shop because I urgently needed to use the restroom. The store was open and nearly empty. I was told the restroom was for customers only due to store policy. When I explained that very few places were open because it was Christmas, both employees pointed toward the movie theater as an alternative.

I understand businesses have policies, but the lack of empathy—especially on a holiday—was disappointing. I’ve been a customer here for years, and this interaction felt inconsistent with the calm, welcoming “Zen” atmosphere the brand promotes. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my desire to return.

This is discrimination that after years and years paying for tea from your shop, and other locations Fresno CA, With respectful lady that l know her to use restroom in Christmas night.

my order was somehow lost in the queue. waited for 25 minutes and when i finally got my drinks they were iced instead of hot.

My last review was a 5 stars now it’s going to be 3 stars. I’d like to even go lower for a 2.5 if possible. Came in hoping to get a nice hot tea. I decided to get a holiday chai to share with my wife and daughter. Total cost with 15% tip was over $14. The tea was good and with the sugar that was added it was good by itself. It also came with a non dairy creamer to make the tea creamier. So after we were done with our serving of tea, I figure that there was still potential to get more out of the tea leaf. So my daughter went up and they told her no we don’t sell hot water. So I went up and they then charged me $0.95 for hot water. I don’t want anymore sugar just fill up that pot up with hot water. So I’m wondering what was the difference between my daughter asking and me asking. From the get to they profiled her but not me. She was also told that she needed to be a paying customer when asked to use the restroom. Wow. This is how you treat customers. Owners of Teazers do better with your staff and managers. I was a fan but now not so much. People pay to come and enjoy your product. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you will. Part of Teazers is not just the tea, it’s also about the atmosphere.

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this location at 9:40pm and the staff has turned me away claiming that they’ve already began closing the register and are unable to take orders. The sign on the door says 10pm, if that’s not accurate anymore then they need to update their hours. This is just lazy workers trying to perform closing duties to go home early. Hopefully management steps in.

This was a unique tea experience. Loved it! I sat in the high tea section, a marvelous delicious treat, a must try for tea lovers looking for a quiet hideaway with beautiful teapots/teacups and tasty snacks. Dylan was a happy, courteous and welcoming hostess!! Will definitely be back !

I use to love coming here after an acquaintance introduced me. I have two favorite tea drinks that I adore. However, with inflation, the price kept increasing for the same drinks, and I just found out that medium no longer exists, only large. Certain team members make the drinks really well, and other team members dilute the taste, as well as touch their cell phones, clothes, money, and faces before cutting fruit to place in drinks. Also, the large front table near the window, where I use to work with others, was taken away. The area in the back feels dirty and uncomfortable. A guy use to stare at me in that back area, even following me outside. The restroom isn't always clean, and employees use it before making our drinks. I've had a couple of drinks here this fall, but improvements need to be made before I return as a regular.

Very friendly and patient staff. The tea was amazing. Would definitely be going back.

Love this place although is becoming expensive and they also make you get the biggest size for a hot drink, I dislike that. Drink was not as expected, I usually love it at tower location. Service is a dry ok on my last visit.

This place had the best drink I’ve ever had in my life and tasted out of this world. The location is also great and the prices are reasonable.

I’m sure they missed our order for one drink and waited 30 mins after 5 people behind us got there. Staff wasn’t friendly. Need to improve their customer service.
