Sorry to leave such a poor review. But this food was not for me. Had the beef yaki udon.Tasted like W sauce food was soggy. The W sauce or barbecue sauce was over bearing. I've had Yaki before but never like this. Customer service was great đ but this food was definitely not for me.

The food was amazing!!!!!!!!! The spicy mayo hit beautifully and the staff were all very friendly and courteous!!!!!!!!! I did rate the ambiance as 3 only because it wasn't about that it was all about the food and service being 5 star which they were!!!!!!!

Iâve been coming to Teriyaki Donâs for years, but I hadnât been back in a few months since I now live out of town. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The chicken was dry and overcooked,so crispy it was hard to eat. Portions were noticeably smaller than before, and the salad had almost no dressing. These days, my regular spot has been True Teriyaki in Sanger, which reminds me of how Donâs used to be back in the day and has yet to disappoint. Sadly, I probably wonât be coming back here.

My husband ordered online and our daughter picked up the order on her way home from work. However, when she got home we discovered they only gave her half the order. She called and asked about the rest of the order and they said they had it. They asked her if she would like them to remake the order and she said yes. When she went back to get the rest of the food, the order was not remade so we had a cold dinner. Also, she had to go back in again to get the shrimp tempura and the extra sauce we had ordered. This was absolutely horrible service and cold food for an order of over $70. So disappointed.
Very loud and small dining space limits seats, do not have plastic straws only paper and charge of sauces.

Food is always a hit or miss! Ordered pick up tonight and only had 5 pieces of chicken and it was BURNT! The beef also had fewer pieces than usually only 6. My husband also ordered the same thing and had double the chicken and same steak. Just prefer consistency on how much meat is provided.

Iâve been coming here for years and never had an issue but tonightâs experience left much to be desired. We ordered the ginger chicken don and it was drenched in what tasted like sesame oil. The picture attached was without adding the sauce that comes included. I looked up what the meal should look like and the rice should be white. Aside from that, we waited 45 minutes from ordering for the food. My husband had to go up to the counter to check because two people that had ordered after us had gotten their food. They hadnât even started making our food. I had kept in mind the closing time was 8 and we were there and placed the order at 6:40.
