Review is based on service ONLY. I've been to this restaurant before, food is okay, nothing great, but does the job. I placed an order today and waited almost 20 minutes only to be told the order was lost...huh?? How do you misplace an order? Anywho, that's a mystery for another day. What irked me, aside from the lost order, was the lack of customer service. There was no apology or attempt to explain. I guess business is so good they don't care if they lose customers. Good for them. Meanwhile, I'll find another restaurant that values my business:)

My mom ordered a chicken salad and another meal for me. When she got home she had no dressing on her salad (the white dressing) and there wasn't a container of it either. My mom called and they told her that the next time she comes in the will give her 2 extra dressings. My mom is and older lady she drove 45 mins to get food from them and another 45 mins back home! So I called back and the last my mom talked to answered I explained my mom just called and she was just in there and she didn't get dressing and I feel it's only fair to comp her meal since she ordered a chicken salad and got no dressing (the main part of the salad) she said they can't do that so I talked to kahira (the supervisor or manager) and she said she had it on camera that they put the dressing in the box at 4:53 my mom ordered her food from inside at 4:50 (it's on the receipt) and she said yea she placed her order at 4:50 and we put the dressing in at 4:53. I replied with so it took 3 mins to make a chicken salad and a whole don combo? So she didn't comp my mom's meal. And I told her it's very disappointing that you guys are so popular and you can't even provide decent customer service. She said she had my mom's name so when she comes in she will get dressing. I said so if we come in 2 months from now we will get extra dressing? And she said yes. I think that is ridiculous. They are always super busy and mistakes happen, they messed up a whole meal and couldn't comp her . Bad management and customer service from such a respectable place

The steak & chicken teriyaki don I ordered was disappointing. The whole order was COLD. I picked it up within the 15 mins I was told it would be ready.The steak and chicken was dry and overcooked, making it tough. The dish lacked the expected flavors and freshness, resulting in a lackluster dining experience.

Yes! Yes! Yes..100% Yes! Just go here! The food is consistenty full of flavor, great textures, and portions are ample. Take-out order today did not disappoint. Today I ordered Fried Tofu Don, Stick Salad, Vegetable Tempura, and their classic Chicken Teriyaki Don, for lunch for two of us. I always love to order their assortment of extra sauces as well, such as tempura and ponzu. It is so refreshing that you can get a fast order of delish Teriyaki Meals, and not sacrifice at all on quality and freshness! I love the inclusion of a side salad with beautiful greens and dressing on the plates-and the sesame seeds atop the entrees. They don't have to include those touches, but they do...and that's what keeps repeat customers so happy and coming back for more. I've come here for years, but just felt compelled to tell others about it today! They are like a well oiled machine when you go in, they've got take-out orders going, a small seating area inside, and they are always super friendly and helpful. Yep- totally check them out! I'll definitely be going back again and again!

Tried Teriyaki Don for the first time a couple of days ago. We ordered two Tofu Dons, egg rolls, and drinks for pickup. The Tofu Don was so good! I've been searching for a tempura-type fried tofu teriyaki for so long and it totally hit the spot. I appreciate the brown rice option and the salad was a nice change to the typical steamed vegetables served with teriyaki. Their customer service is also excellent-- my husband forgot our drinks and when he called the store they were so nice about refunding them to our card. Will be back for more!
For a quick meal this is definitely not the place to eat and for a sit down meal it’s even worse. 0/10 not recommend tbh.

G Ordered a shrimp and calamari tempura and received 3 pieces of reach. The shrimp was good but the batter on the calamari was so thick and undercooked that I ended up peeling it all off and just ate the squid. Squid without the coating is just bland and tasteless, if you can't cook something right, don't offer it on the menu. I have noticed that the batter is also getting way too thick on the crispy chicken. Time I start going somewhere else

Most of the time the food is good and service is quick. However last time I ordered the NY steak Don medium rare. Got it extra rare with no dressing on the salad.

I've been going to this establishment for over 15 yrs. It's one of my favorite places. I've always recommended this spot. Recently, the last FEW times have been awful!!! It looks like they have changed owners . New owners have run it DOWN!! The salad in your plate taste dirty, as if they do not rinse the greens before serving. They also put one tiny dot of dressing on salad to MAKE you pay for extra dressing . Rice portions are very small.now . Its disgusting. The customer service is ugly . We walked in last week on monday afternoon ,instead of being greeted the lady stated there was a 30 min wait. And she went back to fill up sauces in little cups using no gloves. That girl was handling money , no washing hands in between . Im truly disgusted and disappointed how this ended . Peace out
