Isaac was our waiter and he was super attentive! He gave us great recommendations on food, drinks, and the different types of meat. It was our first time dining here as well and he was great at explaining how everything worked. He made our first experience there great and we'll definitely be going back!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Love that they constantly come around to check the temperature of the salad bar area. Meats are cooked great and come out at a great pace. They were able to accommodate 11 of us and my family enjoyed the meal. They had a great time!

I usually am the biggest fan ever. I took my friend for the first time for her birthday and the service was extremely poor. The server continued to try to push add ons even though we told her multiple times no. She literally never stopped with the upcharges. Then when it came for dessert she forgot the birthday candle even was like oh it's your birthday huh took 15 mins to come back with a candle and made a snarky comment like woow you waited to even take a bite for the candle. I tried to show her a coupon I had for a dessert she kept talking over me and assumed it was like 20% thing and it wasn't. We had to flag down the manger to get our bill after being done eating for 40 mins because she just never came back. Overall I'm truly disappointed as I typically share that the service here is top notch.

Best experience on a birthday we had. Apart of 7 and it was very nice and a one time to enjoy it is very pricy we paid about $520.00 in total but it was all you can eat as well !

The food and drinks were good. We're seated quickly. Server was horrible. Didn't bring potatoes and bananas when everyone else around was receiving them. Asked for them 15 minutes in and got them 15 minutes later. Wasn't offered dessert. Didn't get drink refills. Took 10 minutes to get change after paying. Everything else was great but won't go back due to the horrible waitress. Hope she was just having a bad day.

Renee was very attentive and informative. She as well as the servers made our first time dining experience excellent. We drove over 2 hours and will definitely return.

I always enjoy this restaurant. Our waiter Parker was outstanding. He gave great recommendations on drinks and his service was topnotch. The food here never disappoints. The different meat options are great. The hot food bar is always great, they have one of the best lobster bisque I have eaten. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was very salty. The guys with the meats very friendly and helpful. The bathroom dudnthave toilet covers. For the price dessert and drinks should be included. $130 is high for two people with one drinking water and the tiger had lemonade. Its a good idea in tgeiry butsone things ciukd be revamped. I think they need to go back to the drawing board, take out what doesn't work and keep what does work.

Felt rushed although was told to eat as much as we'd like, to take our time. Server was probably doing their job but felt like they wanted to clear our table asap. Just wanted to eat, talk, drink, and eat again but felt rushed, did not even go for seconds.

Went on a week day and it was great!! Not very many people and meat actually came to your table regularly instead of every 15 min!!! Still don't know why lollipop Lamb is extra price and they offer the other gamier lamb as part of your meal?? Prep time??

I was greated by a friendly host, I was approached by a great manager by the name of Pablo and had the most amazing server named Stephanie. The food was on point. Very delicious. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was great. It was my first time there and I’m definitely looking forward to going back. Great food. Great customer service great attention to detail this place is definitely a five star in my book, thank you to the wonderful staff for the great service and the cooks for the great food.

Great experience and exceptional food as always! We love coming here for the variety of meats. The large selection offered on the amazing salad bar which could be a meal in itself. Not to mention the Caprihenia's they have traditional and a variety of fruit flavor's available as well. 10/10 highly recommended!!

First time experience, I would rate it a 3 star. I honestly felt out of place because I am a person of different descent. Why I felt this was because even though I arrived before some of the other customers, I was not served at all or was served last. And was brought what was of the leftovers. But i also felt that the manager and my waitress tried to make up for it. Truly, I felt that it shouldn't have gone to that level where the manager had to ask the servers to come and serve me and my spouse. I think that $161 for 2 people. My money was just as good. Also, being asked if it was our first time there, which it was, and it being known, the restraunt should have made an experience to where I had want to come back a second time. Honestly, if I had been asked if I would return a second time, I would not until I actually felt welcome. Overall kudos to the manager and the waitress. Thank you.
