Food is great!.. parking situation is horrible.
Customer service is trash, very standoff.

Vegetarian options: Nothing is labeled vegetarian or vegan. You have to ask, and the staff comes off very rude when you ask.

Parking: Parking is hectic. You might have to wait and even then might have to park on the street.

Been waiting a long time to try this Pizza ! Service is excellent ( 9.1 ) Ambiance is definitely social (8.2) Tried the pepperoni and Margherita pie.. Unfortunately not my jam. Both pies had the Fresno Flop. Ok flavor and floppy chassis. Going 6.8 on the pepperoni and 6.9 on the Margherita. I was hoping this pie lived up to the hype but maybe 7th -8th best in Fresno .

My husband and I have enjoyed coming here for years. The ingredients for The Annex Kitchen's delicious food and cocktails are locally-sourced and change seasonally - highlighting the best Central Valley farms/ businesses have to offer. The servers are friendly, attentive, and always have good advice on the menu offerings. Favorite place in Fresno for a romantic dinner, family dinner, or just a great time!

Top notch food and service. Very knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. Great pizza. Desserts are perfect size to share for two people. Clean and modern atmosphere. Reservations are recommended. Classy, but not too pretentious.

I'm extremely impressed with my first visit here. It was fairly easy to find parking and the wait wasn't too long with our reservation. We arrived shortly after they opened and very quickly the entire restaurant filled up. The location itself isn't all that big so I would strongly recommend reservations.

We had a waiter who was in training, Garett I believe, and he was excellent and very pleasant to talk to and interact with. We tried arancini as an appetizer and it honestly blew my expectations out of the water. If I could have only had that for dinner I would have still been very happy. I tried the diavalo pizza and loved it- perfect amount of spice and the flavor was excellent. The service throughout dinner was good and the food came fairly quickly. I noticed many people also arrived to pick up takeout which is very appealing to me. I wish they delivered so I could get dozens more of the arancini!

This restaurant was the best I've had in Fresno! So amazing and delicious. The pasta was so tender and perfect. The ribeye steak was the most tender steak! Best ever. Please give it a try, a true gem of Fresno.

We waited for over an hour understandable since we didn’t have a reservation. Observed the front desk staff being selective of the patrons, that was disappointing. They were attentive to others who were also walk-ins who came after us per their preference. There were plenty of open tables but we were told the table reserved for us was getting ready to leave like 20 minutes ago. After more wait they ended up giving us what’s called the “extension” this is not a reservation only restaurant and I’m sure there is a system in place to filter walkins. Mind you we have been to this restaurant many times and have never had this issue. Please train your front desk on how to use the system and greet patrons of all color the same.

I would like to point out that the place closes at 9pm, we had booked for 8pm, even though we were late arriving at nine thirty in less than 5 minutes they had us seated. The place was full of people, clean, youthful, with a huge counter where you could sit and enjoy a good cocktail, a very vast and refined bottle rack. What I absolutely recommend is the pizza, after having tasted the best pizzas in Italy, I can say that it is among the best I have eaten so far. The dough was really light, slightly crunchy and meltable and above all digestible. The ingredients used are fresh and tasty and well paired in each pizza. The staff is kind and attentive. The pizza here is really good.

The food was great but the service was not. My friend and I walked up. The moment I walked in these girls gave me dirty looks. They gave me the you should’ve came thru the back to wash the dishes look. Made me completely uncomfortable and stared at me the entire time we waited for a table but didn’t see them treat the white customers or my white friend this way. Food was great but the free side of racism was not.

Vegetarian options: There are a handful of vegetarian options but you need to read everything to know. There’s no clear symbol or distinction
