Hands down the best gluten free bakery we've been to as their pastries and breads taste no different than normal items at any normal gluten-filled bakery. My wife is a celiac and we've been to a lot of gluten-free bakeries around the world whenever we travel. This place is so good that we compare everywhere else to them!
Unfortunately we live in Las Vegas so we can't come here often, but we stop by here anytime we are in the Fresno area which is probably at least a couple times a year.

I was THRILLED to find this wonderful / gluten free bakery. I am going to go broke as everything is so delicious, and we are frequenting far too often. Having a daughter with Hashimoto's disease, gluten / soy & dairy sensitivity issues, this bakery offers her a plethora of tasty treats to indulge in, without the worry. We are obsessed! A gluten free bakery. Wonderful taste for everyone. They are fully prepared with laminated cards to avoid any allergies. There quality and taste are unbeatable. Highly recommend.

I received pastries and bread as a gift. They are absolutely Amazing!!! Hands down! I think they are even better than the Pushkin’s in Sacramento! I am gluten intolerant and vegan. So finding tasty delicious baked goods that are gluten free and vegan is next to impossible. Only wish I lived closer to Clovis! I’d go there everyday!
I’m gluten intolerant so finding this bakery while visiting family has been amazing! Keep in mind it’s a little expensive because it’s completely gluten free, but soooooo worth it. The chocolate cupcake is perfect, it’s has some bitter or dark chocolate in it so it’s not too sweet, but it’s a good balance. The apple tart is fresh tasting and it’s crispy, which can be difficult to achieve for gluten free things. The sourdough bread had a great crust but was soft and fluffy on the inside, I recommend cutting it yourself though, the slicer there does really thick slices.
