This bakery has good reviews but Im honestly shocked it's not a landslide for 5 stars. So I had to write this review. Since they set up shop in Fresno years ago, Ive never eaten a single thing there that tasted bad. What I have tried is phenomenal... Both the savory and sweet treats. I have the severest of wheat allergies (non-typical / cardiovascular-dominant IgE-mediated anaphylactic response) So whats safe for others with celiac and even others with a true wheat allergy that dont react as strongly as I do because the particles per million are low enough to be almost non-detectable... can still literally kill me. That said, I have NEVER had a problem at this bakery eating anything. Not only is it legitimately safe (and I truly cant say that about anyplace except my own kitchen) but it's absolutely delicious. The food presentation is beautiful and I don't get the feeling that Im in a gluten free bakery when look at those treats. Just looking at the well prepared deserts and savory snacks feels like I'm in some upscale 5 star pastry chefs bakery. I almost didn't believe it was all gluten free! lol A friend who was newly diagnosed celiac was skeptical but after trying this place, they were hooked! You don't have to love everything there, we all have preferences... but Id almost guarantee that you will fall in love and be addicted to something there. When you find your snack there, you will so be dreaming till the next time you can come back. I recommend just try a little of this and that because you're going to fall in love with something if not all of the things. Support this fantastic business. They deserve it and you deserve it! I missed sour dough and all the fantastic deserts that I had to give up when going wheat free but they really have everything to make me feel like Im not missing out. And BTW I don't really know the people that own the bakery so this review is not biased for friendships sake. I just genuinely LOVE their snacks.

asked of they had diabetic and keto chocolate cake they said they had the chocolate truffle. Therefore I thought it was a cake since a cake is what I asked for. It wasn't a cake lol my mistake for not knowing what a truffle is 😅 It was not my cup of tea. I will go back and try their no sugar keto chocolate cheesecake. When I do I will give a review on it. 😊

My wife has celiac disease so finding a cake has been very hard due to various ingredients added to boxed foods. When I went to the Bakery, I was able to talk to the staff and the owner / manager with all the details of what I was looking for. He went out of his way and got made the perfect birthday cake for my wife. We went with a vanilla cake with a butter cream frosting, my wife said it was amazing. Best service I have ever had with any specialty store for gluten free / celiac sensitivities. You cannot go wrong here and be sure to talk with them about any allergies you have.

You had me at lemon meringue tart.💛 Perfect amount of lemon & sweetness. Perfect crust. Can’t get enough of the small sourdough loaf, crispy crust, soft on inside. We appreciate the samples! Blueberry muffin was amazingly moist & tasty. Pecan keto bomb to die for.
We wanted one of each of everything in the bakery! Large selection. We went on Sunday 10:15am-ish.

I went in to try some goodies after seeing such high reviews. The magic bar was delicious , a definite must try! The chocolate cupcake however was kind of just an average cupcake and the pricing was a bit high, $6 for a single cupcake that had no flair.

Hands down the best gluten free bakery we've been to as their pastries and breads taste no different than normal items at any normal gluten-filled bakery. My wife is a celiac and we've been to a lot of gluten-free bakeries around the world whenever we travel. This place is so good that we compare everywhere else to them!
Unfortunately we live in Las Vegas so we can't come here often, but we stop by here anytime we are in the Fresno area which is probably at least a couple times a year.
I was THRILLED to find this wonderful / gluten free bakery. I am going to go broke as everything is so delicious, and we are frequenting far too often. Having a daughter with Hashimoto's disease, gluten / soy & dairy sensitivity issues, this bakery offers her a plethora of tasty treats to indulge in, without the worry. We are obsessed!
