Omg I am convinced that this is the best gluten-free bakery I've ever been to and I travel a LOT.After being diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2021, I've had so many mediocre baked goods at gluten-free places that had owners who either weren't foodies before they were diagnosed or they've been gluten-free so long they've forgotten how the real thing tastes.I ordered:$6 cheese and mushroom focaccia.$6 pecan sticky bun.$10 1 lb sourdough loaf$8 passion fruit and meringue tartEverything was incredible and filling. I am so glad to not have another horrible cauliflower crust pizza, the focaccia was just so good despite being served cool.I have a flight to catch but I'd like to stop by and see if I can stock up some more breads to take home. I have a feeling that I'll be flying up to Fresno from Vegas often to stock up on gluten-free foods.If you want gluten-free pastries that taste indistinguishable from gluten desserts and rustic loaves of gluten-free breads, eat here.March 2024Dietary restrictions: 100% gluten-free bakery. In Santa Rosa, I went to a French bakery and experienced for the FIRST time, the most luscious dessert of my life. That was last year and it was the dessert of my dreams since. . . because, how often am I going to drive 5 hours to get there? So here I was, 'Yelping' around LOCAL bakeries and was stopped cold in my scrollings. . . OH-MY-WORD. Could it POSSIBLY be?!! Three words; Passion. Fruit. Tart. NOOOOOO-WAY! Well, WAAAAAAY! Just LOOK at the pics! No soy, dairy, gluten, sugar, or artificial NOTHIN! Yet, my coveted Passion Fruit Tart of my dreams tasted EXACTLY like the one from the 'traditional' (as in gluten etc.) French bakery in Santa Rosa. Without the junk. Is this NIRVANA? If there was such a place, this is what it would taste like. But it's more like Heaven, because there's nothing bad there. It's ALL good! I would give them five stars just for THAT accomplishment alone! Don't believe me? Fight me bro! However there's even more goodies! Oh. . .The Cinnamon Crumb Cake. Soooo moist. No gluten. Amazing. You should recognize the manager Almeida, as she owned and operated the four 'Le Parisien Cafes' in town. She was born in Portugal, raised in France and speaks both languages. If you can't find something in here that you like. . .don't be psycho.

I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. I wish this were in my hometown in Portland. Service - The gal working there is so nice. I told her that I was buying the flat bread pizza to eat in my hotel room and she took it back from me so that she could warm it up for me first. Food - The pizza was so good, my wife took half of it from me and wouldn't give it back. Told me to go back and get more for myself. Ambiance - If you are gluten free like me, this is like Disneyland for you, there are so many options, well-labeled, including vegan and dairy free options (which I look for as well). Prices are very reasonable. Just go, you won't regret it!

Best tasting food! The sourdough is intense, the pizza-like flatbread with toppings tastes gourmet to me, and the muffins are delightful. The one cupcake I shared with a friend was oh so rich!
