Customer service is terrible. Placed an order for pick up. Gave them more than 20 minutes to prepare my order. When arriving to pick up my lunch they told me they couldn't find my order. When they finally found it they said they still had to make it. Mind you, I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time to wait. I had to leave with no lunch.

I bought a full beef salad and when I got home, there was a fly in my salad. I drove back to the restaurant and let them know and they told me they could not give me a refund. I have to wait for the manager. They took my phone number and I never received a call back and I never received my refund. The flight was crawling in the salad, but could not fly so I assume that it had been maybe sitting in the meat for a while before being served to me.

Mona usually is there and is wonderful which is disappointing that the service depends on her being there or not

We frequent this place and are on 1st name basis. Moana is a sweetheart. Its family owned and ran...low fat lean rotisserie mouth watering Chicken. We love the Chicken Shwarma plate. Chicken pita bread we order extra bread to make two Giros with and of course the tomatoes come with it and Hummis. Good times! Consistent and lean and healthy of course Mediterranean inspired😎

My sister found a hair in her food, and when she told them, they told her there was nothing they can do because she had already ate the food. So she told them what if she gets sick and all they told her was to leave her name and number for them. No refund or compensation, nothing. If I could 0 stars. Never coming here again. Stay away!!!

The Boiler Mediterranean Grill Came in to grab a plate from The Boiler one of my all-time favorite Mediterranean spots! They have multiple locations, and I’ve been eating here for years since around 2004. I always order the chicken plate with extra pita and extra garlic sauce. The food has always been consistent and delicious no matter which location I visit.
It’s the perfect stop when you’re craving good Mediterranean comfort food flavorful chicken, fluffy rice, creamy hummus, warm pita bread, and of course, I can’t leave without a side of baklava. Love that after all these years, the quality and flavor haven’t changed one bit. Definitely my go-to spot!
I always liked broilers ever since they were at River Park, I hope they keep doing what they’re doing. I love the gyro plate.

Used to go to this location all the time, and food always delicious, service quick and to perfection. However, went there recently and very disappointed. The main disappointed is prices went up which is to be expected, but the portion drastically shrunk. I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich which was very good, but the size of this sandwich shrunk so much, you just feel like you're getting ripped off. Its the portion compared to a kids meal. The Broilers on Willow and Shaw has kept the same size in their sandwiches so that location I will continue to go to.
