I love Cheesecake Factory but their rewards system is weird. You're supposed to write your number on the check, but like if you have a reward that makes extra work for the server who then has to update the check. Just get an app like literally any other restaurant.

Love the cheesecake factory! Great tasting food, prices are a bit on the high side but they have so many menu options and of course, their cheesecakes are out of this world. I personally love the Double Oreo one. I get that for my birthday because it has so many calories but oh so worth it every once in a while.

Never been here before, went in and picked up a slice of cheesecake and slice of this great chocolate cake to go. Very good service and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back for more then just dessert.

Would have been a good place but the music is so loud it'll give you a headache by the time you leave! I could barely hear my daughter across the table. It makes you want to leave before even sitting down! It's very obnoxious! It needs to be soft mellow music to enjoy not get a headache! Won't be going back. Food and staff were good but it being so loud with music blasting made the experience annoying.
The food was disgusting, took my Grandkids, one them was her B-day. The waitress were so busy so we kind of understood. Oh and just so you know taxes will already be adjusted to the Bill. Enjoy!!

Here in Fresno and the fire alarm strobe lights are flashing but everything else carries on like normal. How is this legal? Also the bathroom stinks like mold and mildew. It’s nauseating. I noticed this smell past two times. Gross
