I feel like service used to be good every time. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. My husband and I went for lunch and had horrible service. It ended up being almost a 2 hour lunch. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Everyone was friendly and tried their best to be polite but the kitchen just could not get it together. From dirty glasses with tomato sauce on them, to green beans with stems on them (not just a few all had stems and all glasses had stains and food on them.) Mac and cheese was microwaved chunky and soupy. Spent a lot of money there for Mother's Day. Won't do that again! I did let the manager know. He was polite but did nothing to correct the problems.
Gave them another chance today. This time we waited 35 min before we left because we could not get any service. Dirty plates, food on the floor and a complete cluster. Sorry I waited 20 min waiting for a table then another 35 waiting for food that never arrived. Maybe we'll try again in 3 years. Maybe by then the bathroom wont be under construction and missing tile.
Took about an hour to get food. Fernando attended to our needs decently. We were sad yall don't offer free cheesecake for our birthdays. Not the worst experience, we just wish it was faster service :(

My husband and I had the steak and eggs and even tho it was early afternoon both were cooked perfectly. Our server was fast and attentive with a great personality. Prices are high in my opinion but isn't everything these days. We'll definitely be back but the prices mean it won't be on a regular basis. Absolutely would recommend!

Just went there tonight. Ordered a Cajun chicken pasta. Went to cut the chicken and I noticed it was raw. My server immediately apologized and got the manager. The manager apologized and offered a soup or side salad while I waited for my plate to be remade. He never offered the food to be comped and I had to ask the server if it was going to be comped. Wasn’t the best customer service from the manager considering I was served raw chicken but my server was great. This will be the last time I go to Cheesecake Factory though.

Overpriced junk food, unauthorized tip, and worst of all I paid 19.00 for a martini, I asked for 4 olives and was told they charge for the extras olives more than $1.00 for three olives! We paid over $70 for an appetizer beet salad, 1 martini , 4 small sliders and an ice tea! You're better off at Ruth Chris steak house for a little more getting steaks and fine dining than this over priced junk food! Dinner on 1/2/25, parking is the worst! Overcrowded, PORTION SIZES MINITURE,loud, wait time for this, not worth it!

The tables for 2 is way too small, in my opinion. While our server was nice, I felt like he had too many people to serve. Refills took a while to get around to.
The food was subpar. Parking is horrible because it's at the mall, obviously.
I had the cajun tomato noodle dish and I was expecting to taste cajun. Was not there at all. All I tasted was the tomato. Don't waste your money.
My husband had a burger. He said it was ok but could have been better.
The side salad was pretty expensive and didn't taste good either.

Would give it a 5 but the stuck up girl at the front was extremely rude. Stank look on her face, kept rolling her eyes, and kept picking at her scalp. Gross. Had the worst attitude ever. I get it, it can be a bit much with the crowds. But she needs to fake it a bit better. She knows that well with the uneven lip filler.
We also had reservations but we were stuck for 20 minutes over reservation time. And they were seating walk ins before us.
But our server was AMAZING! Very attentive, super friendly. Had an issue with my order, they got it fixed quickly. Kept checking in and making sure our drinks were filled. Just overall extremely pleasant. Wish I remembered her name. She was hands down one of the best workers they had there.

My noodles were so overcooked (they were basically a gooey clumped up mass) and the bread basket had to be asked for last minute (because they forgot we were there). They pretty much sat us down and forgot about us. I didn’t even get my drink till my plate (which was really late- later than my partners by ten minutes) arrived. The only good thing was the bread in the bread basket
