First the young lady in the front seemed extremely overwhelmed as she was the only one working it. When I asked her if she could open up the bathroom she said give me a minute and proceeded to continue working on dash door dash orders. I patiently waited for another couple of mins before I asked her again, at this point she had forgotten I asked. Then when my food came out the chicken was stringy and a bit undercooked. For the price I payed for 2 fingers and the customer service I received was extremely unsatisfactory. On top of that I am pregnant. Waiting for the young lady to open up a simple door to let me use the restroom. Never again!! N

Was in downtown Fresno serving for Jury duty. Stopped in at Chicken Shack for a quick lunch. Definitely nothing to complain about! I got the fried chicken sandwich and garlic fries!! Was very good!

I came there a couple weeks ago to order some chicken wings and the service was very very bad. I was the only customer but as soon as I enter there was no greet or how may I help you... It was a chubby Mexican chick that was just on her phone. I asked her about do the wings comes with fries and she says no but I told her how come it says wings with fries? She rolled her eye's and I was just like I'll just get that then... And I only got one sauce!! And I still tipped!!!! My advice is please smile!

Where do I start? There is NO Ambiance. TV was blaring some weird show. No music, half the lights were out. Homeless people walking in. But ok we’re here for the food. Well it was horrible and expensive. It’s obvious why this place was empty. I would never come here again.

We had 2 orders of the Buffalo fries and the chicken fingers. It was buffalo sauce and ranch amazing ? ?. Order was for pick up.

Food is mediocre, service is minus 10, cashier could careless she is uninviting, sad faces like she’s miserable, rude as hell. She is extremely slow and does not seem to care. Waited in line for 30 minutes nearly and there were only five people ahead of me. She kept leaving the cash register to do anything but help customers. This place is not worth the time it takes to get food. won’t come back here ever again. MISERABLE EXPERIENCE AND IM VERY EASY TO PLEASE
