Hello everyone, I had ordered a family platter that was like $42. The fries were stale almost looked like they had taken the fries out the freezer. Chicken was like stale dry and flavorless. While we were home and sharing with my family my brother found a fly in his portion. I then called and asked for a refund. They said only if I have a hard copy of the receipt. I then send that I chose the digital copy only when I order the food. They then told me to come to the store with my digital copy. I am currently at the store and ask for my refund and I guess the manager then switches up again for like the 3rd time and says we won’t get a refund unless we bring the food in and we have a picture. Disappointed in the overall experience. I just wanted my refund. Overpriced, and poor quality of food. Thank you.

favorite location in fresno area, used to be the one in riverpark but that’s gone downhill, food is always good and fresh here- just a little pricey. sauces are small and if you need more they’re are always extra $ lol

Best chicken stripes and french fries ever. Was at Clovis East scrimmage football game and The Chicken Shack had their food truck there. First time I have ordered from them and I was not disappointed. Food has hot and delicious. Even accommodated my special request on my fries. Will definitely be ordering from then again. Loved the food 😋

Just like any other fast food chain..we came for checken fingers and we got chicken nuggets so small ..and the prices went up not affordable any more ..went from a good sized dip sauce to a tiny container for $99cents

I received cold wings like they were straight out of the fridge. The sauce was warm but it's like they forgot to cook the wings and just put sauce on them. After informing them about this they said it's probably the sauce that coled them down but they were two degrees away from being frozen. Never going back. Number bcuz i love wings

Should put more than one cashier in the front. Especially during peak times. I saw several people leave while they waited for someone to greet/put their food order in. Good sauces though, honey habanero is very good.
It's a nice place, it's just that it's in downtown Fresno, so prepare to see some strange people in the area

The chicken was dry. Worse than a gas station. Food was barely warm. Restroom had a giant puddle of urine on the floor. Was the nastiest restroom I've ever seen in my life. Took a shower as soon as I got home.

The wings I received were all soggy and had no sauce… 🧍🏻♀️ The lemon pepper wings were good but just lacked so much…the seasoning was just sprinkled randomly, it didn’t even coat the whole finger. I wasted almost $30 for this🫠
