It's a shame they can't get your order right. Needs better management. I think they write up 'tossed' in upper case letters and with exclamation marks since the workers mess up pretty often.

THIS WAS A DOOR DASH ORDER: Chicken Shack, please invest in some non styrofoam containers for your delivery partners. Your customer's fries become wet and nasty, it also makes the "fried chicken" taste more like "soggy breaded chicken". It would also show you actually care about customer satisfaction to not put the cold dippers with the hot food. Review: Seasoned Yelpers already know if I could I would put 0 Stars. I knew I should have ordered from WING STOP! It is my all time favorite. But I order it so much I wanted to get Chicken Shack, or my new name for it, Chicken Wack! The last time I had the Wack, it seemed as though the chicken had a distinctive taste, think Foodmax, no name brand, frozen bulk bag. That's cool if your on a budget and cooking at home. However my combo was $17, and that is not included tax all the other charges. I could have cooked them better myself tbh. When you buy food from restaurants it's because you want to enjoy food made by someone else. Anywho it's been over a year since I've been back, and thought maybe it was a bad day at The Wack and maybe I got a bad batch. Well I'm extremely disappointed. It was worse then the last time. See photos and I have nothing else to say... smh rolling & my eyes.

My 2nd time at this location. The wings have potential. However, it's been the same thing on both visits- I know what day old, reheated chicken tastes like. This unfortunately, has been it. Please cook your wings fresh, and I'm certain it will be much, much better. It's not a hard fix.

Some days the food here is great, and other times it's bland and chewy. But the reason for 1 star is that one employee in particular is ALWAYS rude. I believe her name is Adriana, but she is rude and aggressive. One visit here we asked for chilli cheese fries she cut off the other girl who was serving us and told us they don't serve them, even though the menu had it listed as an item, even the other girl serving us looked confused. She went to the back to ask another employee, came back and just said 'oh I didn't know, I guess we do' and just walked away, without even apologizing for coming off so aggressive. Another visit I picked up my food and got home and realized I had food missing, I called to inform them and asked if I could come another time for replacement, as I was using my lunch break to pick up food, she told me 'well you can come now and we can replace but if not I really don't know what to tell you'. After I reiterated I was using my lunch break she said I could come in another day for them to replace my food, but that I only had one week to do so. This location is closer than the one on Herndon, but I'd rather drive a bit further to have better service. I'm done dealing with this employee, every one has bad days, but this girl is ALWAYS rude

Forever getting orders wrong and still charging a lot!! Fulton location is 100 times better. Would not recommend Blackstone location. Too unorganized.
I really Love it They're chicken fingers 5 piece and French fries Are the bomb I have to be honest but it's the best it's a lot better than Kentucky Fried Chicken I'm just being honest Their chicken is tender And soft and Juicy It's not dry at all I would recommend this place to anyone .

I really enjoyed their french fries the chicken sandwich was another story. i went with my roommate and we both agreed that the chicken was to plane and dry. Ill have to give it another try at one of their other locations in Fresno to compare them. The wait time was decent and the prices where reasonable.

Sooooo this evening (3/4/23) I was not greeted properly and not served at all. The woman who was working the front when I came in was was cleaning and glanced at me twice and said nothing at all to me and then when I told her I was ready to order, she we to the back and then a male worker came out and said they were closed...immediately gave them dirty looks and left. I didn't appreciate the cashier or whoever she claimes herself to be and anyone else involved leading me on only to be denied service by her sidekick of a coworker. I mean it would've been better if I'd just been told up front that they were closed! Plus the inside of the place was a COMPLETE AND DISASTROUS MESS!!! I used to come here quite often and now I will NEVER come back again! If the staff at this trash dumpster establishment don't like what I have to say...well, TOO BAD!!! They earned it due to how they decided to deal their cards this time around. Stay angry and live with it for all I care. Avoid this shadyside shack at all costs!!!#Poorcustomerservice #terriblefood #gotonickthegreekorredrobininstead

Liked chicken parm and garlic with blue cheese.would reccomend more eco friendly plastic trays for in house meals to save the environment and cut down on landfill waste with styrofoam containers. Plus would save on facility expense. Nice people .nice service would def come again.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly... loved i could choose my sides.
