The Chicken Shack

Chicken sandwiches are not good. Chicken is dry with no flavor. Asked for a fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was fried but without breading or flour. Angry chick's is 10 times better.

I usually come here for my lunch, and i’ll place my order 20 minutes before i go walk and get it, and its never ready and they will barley put it in the fryer when i get there, whats the point of mobile ordering if im still waiting 30-40 mins for my food, before they got new ownership my order was always ready, always fresh employees we’re friendly. I won’t be coming everyday for my lunch anymore if it continues to be like this, switch back to old ownership

Customer service was poor. Wings were good. The fries were the best part of our order. The chicken strips were overcooked, and tough. Not worth the $30+ we paid. No longer plan on visiting this location again.

There was not enough staff working you got the vibe that they didn’t get along well. The food was a disaster was not seasoned well the wings the fries all you saw was oil just shinning. Waste of $22 dollars for 3 wings 3 tenders and mac and cheese. I am disgusted.

I bought the grilled chicken sandwich and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. When I got the grilled chicken sandwich, it literally had 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest of the sandwich was nothing but bread, I was disappointed by that sandwich. The chicken bacon ranch wrap was just as bad, very little chicken and most of the wrap was just mostly lettuce. I was super disappointed, I could have went to any fast food restaurant and got more chicken on my meal. Spending more than $60 for the meals for my family was super disappointing. There was nothing wrong with the service, it's just like any other service I get from other places, it is just the food that was disappointing.

I’ve been going to this Chicken Shack regularly since July, and have loved it since. However, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap this time and received the smallest wrap I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even the size of my hand, and I have small hands. I didn’t even get what could be considered a kid’s size salad in the smallest tortilla. I even called and all they said was that they make all the wraps the same size, which is a lie as I’ve had at least 5 in the past from them, all much bigger. All they offered was to request a refund from the app I ordered from after their lie. I forgave their generally poor and slow service in the past due to their delicious food and sauces, but I am so shocked by the response and, compared to other reviews I’ve been seeing, the way this store is raising prices and decreasing food amounts. They don’t seem to care about their customers’ food or wallets.

Overcooked and dry chicken. I have tried this place several times, as well as different locations. I thought it was pretty good a couple years ago. Now its just so dang dry. Never again.

Ordered in store and got our order to go. When we got home we noticed we were given the wrong order. Had to go back to pick up our correct order which was cold and they acted like it was our fault and looked annoyed when I asked for fresh food and said the would only redrop it for us. As if we weren’t inconvenienced enough to have to drive all the way back after we were already home. And our order total was $71.

Worst customer service ever food is not even that good honestly super over price and no flavor at all but they have the most rude cashier she is so rude never coming back

Chicken strips were bland. Mac & cheese was watery and the sauces were watering. The girls behind the counter looked like zombies. There was no greeting or any communication at all besides is this for here or to go.
