The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My husband and I ordered a white chocolate mocha and chai tea latte. The mocha was very thick and did not quite taste like a white chocolate mocha. The chai latte tasted like diluted milk. I was very disappointed in the flavor of the drinks, but enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service.

Visited this location in December 2024.
This place is worth a trip! Great seasonal drinks, and they’re flexible on making small changes when requested to the drink.

The gingerbread drink was delicious though, and would easily get this drink again.
The location provides some seating and a great atmosphere for ‘third place’ - as in a business location that you’d spend extra time relaxing at while buying goods from them.
No pressure like some other coffee shops to buy and get the heck out immediately.
Dealt with two kind team members on shift who were enthusiastic to help out. Both very knowledgeable about their current menu when asked for a suggested drink.

Will make this a regular stop upon our next Fresno adventure.

Any place that sends out this burnt, crispy, POS excuse for a breakfast burrito, shouldn't be in business. Stick to coffee and tea.

Very good coffee and always clean. But I have to say, the customer service is not so great . The employees can have attitude and are not really pleasant. When I went , I was in a great mood about ordering my latte . I left very dissatisfied. Only because I asked two questions she decided to be catty .

Drinks are never made correct at this location. Latte was super bitter, chai taste like watered milk. I called to ask for a refund and the manager (Kelly) was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone doesn’t know how to talk to customers when dealing with complaints. She raised her voice over the phone saying she was super busy and I had to come back in for a refund. I came in it wasn’t busy at all, she was still insisting I ordered my drink incorrectly. I won’t be coming back to this location, they show poor hospitality and she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t work well under pressure.

Nice coffee shop, pricey drinks and no butter for your bagel.

I their love coffee. It's not too bitter and not too sweet. Perfectly blended together. I'm so happy I can substitute the milk to oatmilk. I like that they have outlets everywhere the tables. I wish the place was bigger but this is much better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros. It's my new favorite spot.

The baristas are friendly and the cafe itself has a relaxing atmosphere for studying or just for hanging out with family or friends. The cold brew teas are my favorite here, but one of my tea orders had a coffee aftertaste, making me think it came in contact with coffee during the process of making it.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with a bank. Handicap parking is also available.

The server was rude, we ordered 4 drinks and two cake pops.. the drinks were horrible so extra sweet...three of us threw our drinks away as we were leaving after taking 1 to 2 sips...will never go back a waste of my money.

I am a regular customer and have realized that the customer service from all baristas is very unwelcoming. Coffee is great but the baristas could use reeducation on customer service. Also, I learned to not mobile order at this location. They attend in person customers first until you ask for your order.

I Like coming here for the coffee. Today when ordering my coffee and waiting in line I notice the manager of this place was not being professional was being rude to costumers and talking bad about these customers to the other employees. Also the customers have to wait a long time before getting their order and when they mess up your coffee order and when the customer states that their order is done wrong, this manager, gets an attitude. When I first start coming here, the employees and manager were nice in the beginning, but things have changed and seems that they don’t pay attention to your coffee orders and they take a long time in making your coffee.
