The drinks are never consistent. Workers are passive aggressive and will make drinks overly sweet or bitter. Drinks are good on a good day but it's honestly this location. Workers always seem irritated. Been to this chain at Las Vegas and Maui and they make it just right. I do enjoy coming to the coffee bean but I really wish they hired a new crew or they need to be retrained or managed better. Il

Unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable. The barista, Benita, came across as extremely stuck up and unwelcoming. Her tone and body language made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. Customer service should feel friendly and respectful, and this was the complete opposite. I won’t be returning because of how uncomfortable the interaction made me feel.

I stopped by around 8:30AM to pick up my mobile order, and the experience was really disappointing. When I walked in, one blonde employee was texting on her phone and chatting with another employee who had a braid and noticeable eyelashes. Neither of them acknowledged me or checked on my pickup order. I was only greeted when I walked in by the employee with glasses at the register taking orders.
What concerned me more was that the blonde employee was coughing and then went straight back to making drinks without washing hands or stepping away. It didn’t feel sanitary or professional.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the lack of attention to customers and proper hygiene really stood out. I hope management addresses this so the experience can improve.

The ambience and service were good but the drinks aren’t good at all. The latte tasted like hot chocolate and the white chocolate mocha doesn’t taste like coffee either. The coffee doesn’t have any caffeine in it.

I kept on standing there for long time like a fool , I was having a online pickup order but no employee responded and , there was a boy with spectacles working at 9:16 am friday and a girl with him , I kept on calling excuse me “ but nothing 0 stars , not going to enter this one again thanks for wasting my time 🤡

Ordered a viral coffee seen on TikTok for my wife. Service was a little slow, I was the only one in line and got a pastry that was hard as a rock. Didn’t realize it until I got home and heard my wife threw both the pastry and coffee in the trash. She said the americano was bitter and the scone was old and hard

Better than Starbucks, the coffee is way smoother and the iced tea cold brews are fire!!!!

I normally only post positive reviews but I felt the need to post both today. I am giving this a 3 star because Ms Glory was absolutely unglorious. She was so rude when she was not even the one helping us. She was rude with her response stating she could absolutely not make a certain drink in a condescending way instead of offering an alternative. She also went around telling all customers that they were closing in 5 minutes while roughly moving chairs around and folding up the rugs by slamming them. The reason I gave 3 stars is because Jazmin was absolutely sweet, apologetic and so helpful. The other girl on shift was also nice. They deserve the 5 stars. We need more Jazmins in this world.

My husband and I ordered a white chocolate mocha and chai tea latte. The mocha was very thick and did not quite taste like a white chocolate mocha. The chai latte tasted like diluted milk. I was very disappointed in the flavor of the drinks, but enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service.

Visited this location in December 2024.
This place is worth a trip! Great seasonal drinks, and they’re flexible on making small changes when requested to the drink.

The gingerbread drink was delicious though, and would easily get this drink again.
The location provides some seating and a great atmosphere for ‘third place’ - as in a business location that you’d spend extra time relaxing at while buying goods from them.
No pressure like some other coffee shops to buy and get the heck out immediately.
Dealt with two kind team members on shift who were enthusiastic to help out. Both very knowledgeable about their current menu when asked for a suggested drink.

Will make this a regular stop upon our next Fresno adventure.

Parking: Parking is shared across businesses. Normally reasonable to get parking though.

Any place that sends out this burnt, crispy, POS excuse for a breakfast burrito, shouldn't be in business. Stick to coffee and tea.
