customer service was awful. the lady with super blonde hair was rude. she interacted with other customers poorly, and gave off a rude attitude. it was my first time coming in, and i was excited to try it until i encountered her. :(

Overall good. I've been coming herenot long after this place opened around January 2021. I do indeed like it very much. The customer's restroom (the other restroom is for employees only) has a broken handle. Has to be pulled hard in order to lock it. It's very important that this door handle be fixed because some people are getting their hands hurt from having to pull hard on this handle in order to lock it.

I was so excited when coffee bean finally came here. I started drinking this brand when I lived in southern California over 20 years ago and when I moved to the central valley I was devastated to learn they were not here. I can say when I finally had my first sip it was the same as it has always been. Now all I ask is to open more locations in Fresno ?

Fresno native, we need more coffee bean chains in Fresno. A drive through would be great as well. Discovered this coffee chain while living in San Diego. It's nice to have one available when visiting, but a few would be great.

I was in early on a tuesday morning to study and I as well as other customers witnessed another incident with Kelly the manager being rude and unfair with her employee just a couple of weeks ago. We all spoke among ourselves and realized how occurring this is It’s an embarrassment for you Kelly. This is not right to all of the sweet girls that are thereDrinks and pastries are always tasty and great service.All but the manager Kelly!! she needs to resign. Extremely rude and puts up a front with customers but bullies her employees! I went in to order a drink and she was hostile with her employee, Shame. The staff deserve to be treated fairly!

I worked in LA for so many years and I felt so sad when I came to fresno and there was no coffee bean. If there were more of these around I'd only drink here. I can't stand Starbucks but everything I've tried at coffee bean has been delicious.
