Waited like an hour to be called and then waited another hour and a half almost two hours to get my food. Waitress (girl with curly hair) was VERY RUDE!! Never in the years we came here had we gotten a rude waitress like her. It’s very uncomfortable to eat when they throw your bags on the table and walk off with an attitude and without asking us if we need anything else. Not even apologizing for the wait. (Btw we never got our utensils) We get it was busy but please work on your customer service. Don’t think I will be going back again anytime soon💔💔

Horrible service! I’m so disappointed, this was actually my go to place. Took over an hour and a half to bring out our food. Everyone else’s food was brought out before ours. When our food was finally brought out the waitress was not friendly at all nor apologized for the wait. She left our food there and walked off with an attitude never offered any forks or gloves. What did she expect us to eat with ?? I went up to let the her know and now she’s all upset!! Please work on customer service it only a second to stop and say there is a wait. Not welcoming at all.

But their customer service could use some improvement- I received poor customer service when ordering over the phone and when dining in. Such a disappointment because the food is so delicious but the customer service doesn't match up.

The service was great and the food was very flavorful. The servers bring lots of napkins and are quick with drink refills. I thought I didn’t like seafood but after eating here I was proved wrong. They also have other options besides seafood which is great. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

I’ve passed by this place for years and finally decided to go in and give it a try. The windows have a reflective tint so you can’t see inside and when I opened the door to walk in the place was packed with people. To me that means the food must be good. I ordered mussels, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn, and potatoes, in their Allsome sauce, with mild seasoning. It was seasoned so well and the flavor was incredible. My kids aren’t big seafood fans. So they had lemon pepper chicken wings, a spicy chicken sandwich, and boneless chicken wings with fires. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great too. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone who likes seafood. I will be going back for sure 💯

Very torn with this one. We saw wonderful reviews overall, instagram said they won an award of sorts, so we definitely were looking forward to it. We arrive and get seated, after us maybe 10-15 mins later a few other groups arrive as well. We order our drinks and it takes about 10 mins, not bad but then they forget 2 drinks and we only receive them because we remind the server 2 times. Once we place our order, it took about 20-30 mins if not longer to get our food but noticed the groups that arrived after us got their food first along with all the necessities that come with a seafood boil, bowls for scraps, gloves, etc, but we still didn’t have the necessities. Then of course, we order crab legs, usually we get the crab cracking tool but they didn’t give us any, when we ask the server for some, he states of I think we are running low, they are dirty. One, that’s not our fault, two, perhaps someone should be washing those as they are taken to the kitchen so that customers are able to utilize them, especially when we have small children with us, it’s needed. Overall the food was good, kids were happy, so were we, but the service is just not what we expected. Unfortunate because we love seafood.
