Service 1 star: Every time we call this place, we would be place for 15-20 min hold and sometime get hang up. I'm not sure why or what's going on. There are days we would call right when it open or 15 min after they open the store. I believe it shouldn't be busy at all. There are days when we call during evening time it's so difficult to get through the phone line. It'll be nice if they have an additional phone, knowing that their store is always busy. 4.5 stars: their seafood is BOMB ASS GOOD! I do recommend their awesome sauce. You would not be disappointed.

The wait wasn't too long. We got seated and helped out immediately. Was fireee and would definitely come back again. Our servers ayana and Jesus had great service,kept coming and checking on us. Y'all need to go and try this crawfish guy boils. Best in Fresno.

Food smelt good I order crawfish and potatoes and sausage and some of the crawfish was GREEN GOTTEN SICK EATING IT, I rather just make my own Cajun boil so I know the seafood is clean

This place is either needs new management and better trained staff. My family checked in was told 15 minutes wait time and will call us on the phone. We waited for at least 30 minutes then they seated a family who came after us. They lied that they tried to call us but they never did. They female staff who told us to wait seated the other family without even noticing us. This place needs to ramp up their customer service and their check in system like Cheesecake Factory using buzzers. Never going back to a place like this with my hard-earned $$$. Soooo Disappointed.

The Crawfish Guy is the real deal cajun seafood in the valley hands down! I've been all around the states eating all kind of food and I have to put The Crawfish Guy Is a go to place when I need my Cajun fix ! I have to recommend the awesome sauce with everything . Service is A1 fast and on point! My favorite is garlic noodle splash with awesome sauce and crawfish. Tail mixed FIRE!!!

At the suggestion of my son, we visited The Crawfish Guy... not a place I would have visited of my own volition. At first glance it appears a nice, clean place for people to watch a sporting event, have a few beers and eat out of a bag. And while my son is only 15, he certainly enjoyed eating crawfish for the first time and everything that entails, including grossing out his mom.Overall, I can say my son stated the crawfish was very good, highly recommended. Service was great. I still will need to find something thst I can eat there... but we will be back.
