Really good flavor, I'm originally from Merced & the Habit over there is just not it. Over here in Fresno, the taste of the charburgers are way more immaculate & more presentable than Merced's. I think Fresno Habit needs to come show Merced how it's really done 🍔🤗

I feel like they're understaffed. They have 2 diy stations and the ordering at the front with a person. We did the diy. We had to keep getting up to ask for things like utensils and being understaffed had to wait for someone to get us what we needed.

First time I've ever ordered through their app and I don't think I would ever do it again when I went to go pick it up and I was there at least 3 minutes before it was supposed to be ready it was sitting on a shelf where nothing gets heated nothing stays warm it all goes cold and that's exactly what happened. French fries they might as well just left them in a fridge somewhere. Hamburger oh the patties were sort of warm but it was like it had been sitting there for a day and it was just really not good. I hate to say that but bottom line that's what it was. I guess maybe because it wasn't busy they cooked it extremely early and had it ready and waiting. Very disappointed in spending $20 for a double cheeseburger a small order of fries and a small drink. I probably should have gone to almost any of their competition and just gone through a drive-thru and it would have been hotter. Unfortunately I will really have to think about going back and this is the same location that I go to all the time when I go to The Habit

I went in parked my Bugatti scooter to eat inside and the worker tells me to get out and park it outside. I said ya right 1k scooter is going to be left outside. Worst customer service people walk in there with dirty shoes and who knows what else but I couldn’t have my scooter next to me. Worst customer service ever avoid at all cost !!!! She didn’t even ask if it’s for ADA purpose she assumed I was young and discriminated!!!!!

Great burger and fries. Poor value that scared a 20 dollar bill. After waiting in line and giving my order I was asked to tip. After I tipped, I found my own seat, and waited to go back and get my own food and then I put ketchup into little cups and bussed my own table. What was the tip for? Thanks for normalizing begging even with a job. Should I tip the self checkout too?

Weird experience. Instead of taking my order at the counter they told me to use the kiosk instead. What an odd interrupt.

Why not take my order verbally already if you're talking to me?
Anyway...I used the kiosk and I received a text when my food was ready. They put it out on the counter but didn't call out my name or acknowledge me sitting there. So I assumed I could go grab it but then the manager or whoever was wearing the black shirt spoke to me with suspicion in their eyes as if I was stealing the food. Just a bad energy and attitude. They asked me for my phone number to confirm the order. I complied and was allowed to get my food, but not a pleasant experience overall. Why wouldn't you call out my name and wait for me there to confirm?

I've had more straight forward orders without issue in the past here. Yet another person wearing the black shirt never did smile whom I saw working here several times.

The food is consistently good but the vibe is consistently bad at this place. I don't think I'll come back.

I normally really like this place, but I had a horrible experience here today. I placed an app order and made a mistake about one of the substitutions. I asked if i could have a replacement. They told me i made a mistake on the app. I apologized as kindly as possible, and asked if there was a way to get a replacement. I just wish they would have said no or made me buy a new one. They remade my order, but the whole time they were talking about me behind my back. It was so loud I could hear them! Then they looked angry giving me my order back. I will never come here again.

$20.00 an hour and they are too good to wait on you. You walk in and are told immediately to use the kiosk or have to wait it’s going to be awhile. Was planning on paying cash but couldn’t do that. This is absolutely ridiculous that customer service has gotten so bad. I’m over this. I check myself out and don’t even get an employee discount.
