Oh my goodness. I love The Habit but this one star is for the service. I was waiting for my food and a Spanish speaking couple came in to order their food. Someone there helped them with their order and were on their way. The gentleman returned and let the lady know he was charged an extra order of fries. The cook Carlos made a racist remark and kept complaining about the customers out loud while staring the customer down. The two other young staff joined him in the complaining about other patrons. Carlos kept going adding a few eye rolls and the manager said nothing. I will never return to this location. I’m sticking to the one on Shaw.

On the 9th of April, at approximately 19:33, my family and I patronized this establishment with the intent of enjoying a meal together. During this visit, we ordered a Char Burger meal, a Double Cheeseburger meal, along with two additional Cheeseburgers and a Milkshake. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding occurred at the point of sale, concerning the items billed versus what was received. A soda, was apparently not added.Subsequently, when my teenage son approached the counter to get his 2nd drink and rectify what appeared to be a misunderstanding regarding the beverages included with our meals, he was subjected to unprofessional treatment by an employee identified as "Angel". This individual not only challenged the validity of our purchase in a manner that publicly embarrassed my son but also proceeded to make disparaging comments about him to her colleagues infront of other customers and in his presence. This same type of behavior was replicated when I asked to speak to a manager and "Monique" started making fun of me as she was on the broiler behind the counter.This incident has not only marred our dining experience but also raised serious concerns regarding the caliber of customer service and the training of employees in handling order discrepancies without resorting to customer humiliation. I am hoping that this review can bring their attention to and action on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered the 10 piece chicken crisps to go. They were the size of a quarter! Absolutely ridiculous! They should have given us more since they were so tiny.

Definitely not a Habit. At least the staff was nice. But the food is garbage. If only I could leave less than one star. I wish for the Habit to be what it used to be. A half of a double cheeseburger and a chicken cob salad in the trash. Unfortunately 'take-out" money down the drain. Location is great but much greater eats in the same location.

Busy place. No complaints. They have great food. The burger was divine. Wish i could take pics but i didnt and I ate it up quick because it was so delicious. I just love fresh burgers that just came off the grill! I also love that they have those little pagers that tell you when your food is ready.
Love this location for convenience and cleanliness is stellar, however staff sucks, no personality and very un inviting except for the sorry to say this but Asian gentleman who was really nice!

Have been to this location several times & has been good each time. Pricing is fairly standard compared to other places, unless comparing to In & Out, Chick-Fil-A, McDonald’s & so on.All in all! Good location, clean, along with the food being good.
