Seemed like the food was fresh. They shouldn't be asking how you want your burger cooked. It MUST be well done. It's actually a law so customers dont get E. Coli.
I might go again. Who knows. $18 for a regular burger is about right. The tempura green beans were good. Good dipping sauces. Plenty of jalapeño and chili's at a bar.

They put onions on my burger after I said no onions and when I seen they put onions I let them know. They took the order back and waited then gave it back to me and instead of remaking the order they took them off and put them in the middle. Horrible service. I’m allergic to onions and a good burger gone to waste cause employees don’t know how to do their jobs right or simple too lazy to care.

Disappointed. Been awhile since I got a burger, decided I would have Uber eats deliver due to being stuck at home. A hair in my dip and on my burger. That's gross, unacceptable and a waste of money. Use to be a good place, 2 different hairs in 2 different products. At least the dip I seen it before I took a bite. Sure seems like quality food is harder to find as the prices go up.

Where else can you get a charbroiled bacon cheese burger where there's almost as much bacon as burger for less than $10? Onion rings were great. Hot out of the fryer and crispy like they're supposed to be.
Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was very clean. I just moved into the area and will be making this location my go-to place to eat when I crave a burger and don't feel like cooking.
Awful, used to be great now you pay an arm and a leg for a small char with cheese. Dissapointing customer service staff is the biggest let down

My wife just got our food home and of course the 4 ranches we paid for are not in the bag even tho the lady made sure to say it back even when getting the food also the chicken sandwich was not made how it was ordered completely ruined the meal for us. I hate to complain but honestly how hard is it to not put things on a sandwich.

This is to the employee who just ran my food out to my vehicle right now as I was driving away because it was forgotten from the bag, I genuinely and truly appreciate you and your effort. I had luckily overturn and as I was backing up, I saw you in my rearview mirror running to my car like you cared that I got my missing item and it truly meant the world to me to see that effort and just that you cared!! I really appreciate it. thank you for making my meal. Thank you to the entire staff! It was delicious!

First time here after moving from the Bay Area. Glad to see they continue to experiment with new offerings. Service wise this location gets 3 stars, just because the prison asked for a side of mayo (that was ordered but missing) threw the cup on the counter. You don't throw with food in front of me, it does not make me feel welcome.
