Food is good but since they charge for extra sauce I stop the tip and use that money to pay for extra sauce since they only give you tiny little sauce so they could charge you for another one

Mgr was the cashier. He acted like he didn't want to b there. He wasn't rude, just not helpful. The place wasn't busy just myself and 2 others. The food was good just small portions. Like most fast food places these days, all the tables were dirty, not cleaned after lunch rush. The workers were all standing around chatting.

Ordered a burger paid extra for bacon. Waited 15 mins for my order even though we were the only people in the restaurant. They forgot to add bacon. I waited at the pick up counter. The manager failed to acknowledge me he turned the other way in front of two empty bags in front of their iPad. I get in line for the register the girl says they’ll just remake it- keep the original burger. I’m waiting 25 more minutes for my burger. Then the manager comes up and asked if I was waiting for something. I finished my fries, everyone else eating done eating. The other 3 people who ordered after me got their food too. Took a total of 30 mins to get my remake.
In sum they are not accommodating to their mistakes. Have no sense of efficiency. Better off in the drive thru - seems prioritized.

I travel for work and I've visited several Habits and this particular establishment wasn't up to par. It was difficult to get an employee's attention for a quick question about the kiosk. I remember the burgers being bigger and better prepared and stacked. If I wanted this level of service I would've gone to McDonald's.

Compared to the one at Woodward area, this place is horrible. Customer service belove average, all employees were annoyed and completely distracted. The girl that charge me was so annoyed that don't even pay attention on how many drinks we ordered....bad bad bad
This location has some work to do, the food still is good but not like the other location in Shaw.

You can’t see it in the first picture but you can see it in the second picture. My burger had lots of pickles so I pulled a few out to eat individually and then I see this! A hair in my pickle! Didn’t really want to say anything in person because I was just so disgusted if I had not taken out that pickle I would have swallowed the hair. Just want everyone to be aware that the workers are obviously not that sanitary when handling your food. Will not be going back and telling everyone. Gross
