Ended up ordering online because we had a long day and drive home. We get there and part of our order is missing and turns out the ordering platform cancelled it without notifying us. Not their fault, but it turns out that the item isn't sold at their restaurant which tells me no one has bothered to check the menus on the online ordering platforms.

That wouldn't be so bad if the person we spoke to didn't seem annoyed that we were trying to get an alternative for the missing meal.

Finally get the food home. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich had no cheese. The veggie burger, which was listed as an impossible burger, was actually a black bean and corn patty. I also asked for a pickle (which cost extra) and there was none. The "sauteed" onions were confusing half raw and half burnt. The bun was ok. The fries were decent, but they were cold and soggy by the time we got to them because of having to deal with getting an alternative and waiting for it to be cooked.

Decided to try this place out on a Friday evening. We eat out alot and this area we shop alot. I have read the reviews prior to the visit. This is a constructive critique on the things they should work on. This place is obviously Indian/Middle Eastern owned. There is no greeter, so just walk in find a place to sit if there is any and you should be waited upon, however this is not ideal. Every successful eatery should have a greeter, but this place it a little small, and people walk in clueless as to what to do with zero direction. We sat and the menu was handed to us quickly, well done. The acoustics and lighting in the place is horrible, I could not hear the person sitting across from me, and I literally had to use my phone flashlight to see my menu. So turn it down a notch and turn up the lighting a little bit. They did get a few things wrong with the order, primarily because it was too loud to hear what is being ordered. The food was good, not great but good, I'd expect a little more portions for a $20 plate. Beer was Ice cold and fresh, well done, the cocktails were also well done. I did not have to wait long for a 2nd beer and that is always one thing I hit places on. So if you do go, go when not busy, and do not expect to be greeted, sit down and I guess hope they notice you entered the building, enjoy the food, its actually pretty good very well presented. I will have to go a few more times for a true more exacting review. It was good enough to say yes I will return.

Great place for food and drinks, bartender Capri made my experience so much better she makes great drinks such a good attitude and always making sure we’re good she made the experience a 10/10 highly recommend.

There were two waitress there one was excellent and the other one when we walked in she told us we could sit anywhere, and as we were sitting there, she greeted everyone with respect and I feel like she was racist towards me. My kids didn’t feel comfortable there she wore glasses, and when my daughter asked for a to go box, she turned around like she had an attitude. , but the other waitress was great the food Was under the cook with no taste will not be eating there again

More waiters/waitresses would make this place a top 10 place to hang out in Fresno. Definitely recommend this place.

So disappointed in this place. I thought it’d really live up to the great reviews but unfortunately fell extremely short. First of all, walked in a Friday night and no greeting or signage so we assumed we just seat ourselves. Luckily it wasn’t that packed.

We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the cheese wasn’t even fully cooked and the Parmesan on top had a funky taste. They were also on a bed of marinara sauce so super messy to eat. We ordered the angus sliders, pork sliders and a pizza. As soon as we grabbed a slice of pizza all the toppings just slid right off ? the pizza actually wasn’t that bad but it had the strongest taste of beer I ever tasted on pizza, I’m assuming it was beer battered? We ordered the tots which were probably the best thing we got but they were super cold when they came… my friend liked the pork sliders but I thought the sauce had a weird taste and we asked for the slaw on the side but that didn’t happen. The angus sliders were juicy and I actually really liked them but they lacked any type of sauce. We asked for a ketchup and it never came, we had to ask a different waitress for it.

The waiter didn’t check up on us and he was rather rude towards the end of our meal. The atmosphere was fine, the music was great. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. That’s about it.

I've visited The Hub multiple times and it never disappoints. The menu offers something for everyone, and the quality is consistently great.
The ribeye is cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. For a lighter option, the veggie burger with loaded tots is a fantastic choice. The buffalo chicken salad is another favorite - the perfect balance of spicy and refreshing.

I had the mozzarella sticks and a draft beer at the bar top. The sticks were served with a little marinara sauce and ranch dressing. They were tasty. The beer could have been colder but acceptable. The service was unimpressive. The bartender had 2 personal phones calls and was texting. She checked with me when my glass was empty. I asked for my tab. She an acknowledged me , served another customer picked up her phone and walked outside while on the phone. I had to ask another employee for by tab a second time. The place is small but comfortable.

The TV was so loud I had to tell the server to turn it down, even after that it was still loud. I had to get up to ask for more napkins. Won’t be going back
