Been here several times and the food is consistently great. The service is 50/50 chance you'll get neglected or mediocre service. Drinks are also inconsistent and usually take long to come out. Although I live a block away, because of inconsistent service and slow bar, I end up usually driving a couple of miles to get drinks at mad duck who's food isn't as good but service is always on point. The good food is the main reason we still come back to the Hub occasionally.

Absolutely terrible customer service throughout the whole night we were there. Went in after a movie for a few drinks with family, instantly because one of the worst experiences we ever had. The female bartender had a terrible attitude, getting all frustrated because you have other customers doesnt mean you can disrespect other people. All we did was ask for our one drink that was missing and she came at us like a snob. Never coming back here and dont think anybody should waste time on this place the people who work here and own it are full of them selves.

I really like this place but they sometimes play their own personal music a little too loud at times. The food is great though and the workers are all very friendly. The calamari is amazing!

The food and service was great. We had the philly cheesesteak sandwich with beer cheese on the side and a chicken BLT. They were both delicious. Their fries are also very good. Crispy and nicely seasoned. It is a smaller place with a bar, better for a date or lunch/dinner with a small group of friends. It is loud and not really “kid friendly” unless you only have like one kid. There is a great kids menu, its just the setting isnt the best for children. I had their house wine, it was very smooth and delicious!

We had a wonderful first experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, providing a refreshing change from our usual dining experiences. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and open, sharing their daily offerings and providing great suggestions. The atmosphere was great, with clean and inviting decor. I’m particularly excited about the nightlife options, as they appear to have daily themed activities. The restaurant is family-friendly, and the food was even better than we had anticipated. Shoutout to Ernesto our host! Kind, inviting, knowledgeable, patient.

Update: My last handful of times my husband and I enjoyed our experience. It was always good service and good food. The young chef was always kind/friendly.

Today service was good as well as food.
But where y’all lost me as a returning customer and a lowered rating is there was a group of people “workers, possibly a manager or owner” taking shots watching Love island.

I asked the server if they had towelets because I had the wings. She said no but the bathroom is opened. So I headed to the bathroom only for the woman in “floral pants taking shots” to start knocking on the door profusely, but as I was washing my hands, so i opened the door wet hands, and look at her, and she goes “you can’t have drinks in here”
I said I’m washing my hands and signal her to take a look if she needs to. And she responds “ oh someone said you had a drink in your hand”
First off my husband had a Tall beer empty since we were finished with our meals and I didn’t have anything to drink besides ice water.
Maybe if they were staying focused on their job and not drinking during business hours you wouldn’t chase an innocent person into the bathroom. So uncomfortable seeing as it was a full house.
Just very tacky and makes me not want to come here again.
Dinner and a movie it was our spot. But who ever she is she needs to do better.

Love this place. It’s super cute and has a fun vibe. The staff was so kind and helpful. It gave me an early Mad Duck vibes. Definitely coming back.
