My favorite coffee place ever! The coffee of course is amazing but the staff is just as amazing. If you ever want amazing coffee with an amazing experience and an amazing staff and amazingly fast even if they are busy look no more!

Fast and friendly service... best coffee in the central valley!!! You have to open one for us South East Fresno!!! Only one thing I would love it even more... No charge for other milk like almond etc... !!!

Getting in and out is a pain but worth it if my latte is the usual great…not this afternoon… tastes strange ( how hard is it to make a latte with sweetener…? ) late in the day so it wasn’t busy ; save me the hassle of returning so I guess…thank you?!!

I absolutely love their coffee. I am also a fan of the chicken artichoke sandwich. My only complaint is that they skimp on the sauce that goes with the sandwich. If I'm spending over $16 on a coffee and sandwich, they should give you more than less than half a small container of the dipping sauce. It's really what makes the sandwich.

The breakfast burritos, pastries and people are fabulous, the only reason I give it 3 Stars is because it's a coffee house & the coffee is awful!
The only coffee available at the Joy Thru has chocolate in it- I can't stand chocolate, so it ruins the coffee completely.
I actually enjoy the taste of coffee/espresso.
The employees at the Joy thru have said, that's the only kind of coffee the Grand Cafe will provide them, yet having other options at both storefront locations.
Please re-think that, maybe it's your cheapest version to use (which is typically the case when covering the flavor of the coffee beans, it's usually because it's not a good quality coffee bean & it needs to be masked or nobody would drink it) but at least give people an option, even if it costs a bit more.
I drink a LOT of coffee, love to support local companies & really appreciate the convenience of a drive-thru as I'm always on the go; but I've never finished a cup from there & can't see wasting the money on something that I really don't like. To each their own, and I know a lot of people do like chocolate, but for those of us who don't, you're losing that business.
