My wife an I love eating here, the service was A1, Top Notch, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed, the front manager came by several times to check in, bring refills, Bartender killing it on the drinks, these guys are a well oiled machine
The Surf and Turf is a must for an appetizer, the shrimps are crispy with a creamy spicy sauce, the steak is tender I'm certain its the tail end of a tenderloin(that's where the filet comes from for those that arent steak fanatics so tender enough to cut with a spoon) and their ponzu sauce is the perfect level of sweet, umami, and spicy.
I had the woodfired ribeye, the steak was seasoned well, and cooked to perfection, the creamy mash potatoes were delicious with crispy onions on top, and the Brussels sprouts in salsa verde were in a league of their own(Chef Imma need that recipe)
My wife had the fried chicken, this isn't your run of the mill fried chicken. The plate came with a wing, leg, thigh, and breast, the every piece was juicy and the breading was the perfect thickness, crispness, and the little honey drizzle they put over all the pieces took it up another notch, also came with creamy potatoes, and a grilled parmesean broccolini.
We finished off with sharing the bread pudding, its a baklava base with a buttery croissant around it what more do I need to say. Incredible.

The mrs and I decided to tryout the to ime lite for our date night. We arrived late for our reservation but the staff was still very welcoming and polite. Everything from the service to the food was amazing. Perfect atmosphere for any get together with loved ones.

Our waitress was wonderful. Brooklyn suggested the halibut And it was unbelievable. Wife had the ribeye steak. Seasoned and cooked perfect. Would recommend the cashew cauliflower appetizer. We finished with the chocolate souffle. Best lemon drops in town.

Where do I begin? The food was delicious to me, it was the expensive wagyu beef. But upon serving it to me, the manager, named Clint, personally didnt like the way it was cooked. It was well done while i requested medium. He immediately forced a refire of my plate, while letting me keep my current plate. Some time went by, and the new one came out, still not to his likings. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He did not charge us for the 2 delicious wagyus because it wasnt to his spec, that is customer service beyond belief. I also have to give a shout out to Clare, our waitress as well. She kept checking on us to make sure we were well satisified. All concluded with complimentary Desserts on the house! We will definitely be going back as we had a great experience. Thanks again guys!

It was a special evening with our friends visiting from 🇳🇴 Norway. We all thought the food and service were excellent. They were impressed as we always are with the Lime Lite. For starters the shrimp cocktails were delightful and three of us who don’t normally eat tuna thought the seared tuna was exquisite. The dinners were to everyone’s liking and even our two birthday guests were treated to complimentary desserts…a very nice surprise. Our waitress was delightful and very attentive (the waiters too). The Lime Lite is #1 in our book and never disappoints. We had a wonderful evening.

I visited lime lite last night for my husbands bday and I can’t believe I hadn’t eaten here before. The staff was extremely attentive and every single bite of food that we ate was some of the best food we had ever had. Such an amazing experience. We will def be back!

Mindblowing - this restaurant was my favorite restaurant experience in Fresno and far exceeded my jaded expectations. It is a great value because the portion sizes were very good for a restaurant of its prestige. We loved every dish.
