They were super helpful. As soon as I stepped in someone greeted me and while they didn't have any smoked turkey at the meat market (insert eye roll) it was a very swift good experience. I did end up getting some oxtails--- but it's not them it's Fresno 😂

Directions for Truck Drivers : from H99 take Herndon Ave, left on Ingram Ave and right on Alluvial Ave. Enter building with delivery sign gate. Go to the back. There is only 1 dock to unload. No overnight parking but street parkings are close by. Can also park in Walmart or costco.

Great selection, I inquired about preordering some cuts for the weekend and started to take a look at the selection on display. As I started to select a porterhouse, the guy started to talk to someone else. Left without getting anything. I was ready to at least get something, but I left very unsatisfied. The cashier at least pointed me to the right location, that at least counts for something. If I return, I’d hope to have at least better experience.

20 years ago this was the best tri tip sandwich in town. The sandwich now looks like every one who worked here 20 years ago left the new guy in charge. So disappointing! We used to come here for lunch in high school once a week and now it’s a lazy version of what it used to be.
