Great tri tip so tender melted in your mouth the ribs fell off the bone so meaty only thing whole chicken looked like a very small fryer no offense but you will get way more chicken at Costco

Longtime customer here, usually very happy with the meat and service but today I tried since 11am to get some meat delivered. However I was unsuccessful. I was forced to download an app to submit my delivery order, picked a time slot and waited, after it was about 30 minutes late I checked and I didn’t see any confirmation. So I called the store, they told me just submit a new order and we’ll get it out to you. So I reordered the exact same items, put it as delivery but this time it had only tomorrow available. I called the store back to see if they would be able to deliver it today since I had already placed an order and he said yes. I saw in a text from them that the order was being processed, so I was hopeful. About 5:30 rolls around and I call them back and they say “Oh we thought you wanted that for pickup.” I was trying to be as patient as possible but I feel like I got screwed over and the salt on the wound is I tipped on the app.

Have stopped here twice for sandwiches, and once for purchasing meat from the store. All experiences have been good. The store has some good looking meat! I am suprised at the negative reviews about the "restaurant" side , which is essentially a take-out counter with outside seating. The food is not intended to be restaurant-style, it is meat on a bun - the highlight being the meat (briscut, in our case). You add your own sauce to taste. There are sides, the slaw and beans are good. This is a quality over quantity place, if you are looking for huge U-A servings you are out of luck. My husb & I are able to split a sandwich and two sides for lunch no problem.

We have been buying our Tri Tip since 1990's from here. Thing is, we haven't lived in Fresno for over 20 years. We come visit friends & buy. We now live in WA.Today they went out of their way to fill our order! WE ARE HAPPY CUSTOMERSTHANKS TO THE STAFF WHO ARE TRULY AWESOME ?
Man. So disappointed all my sandwiches were so dry and they mest up on my order and plus very expensive 41 dollars for dry food not worth it very sad
