The people at The Palms were so kind to my daughter for her 18th birthday dinner! They did their absolute best when it was a crazy busy night, but their service was top tier. They even had a live singer to sing happy birthday for my daughter with a free dessert. We will definitely be back!

The Palms is the best dining experience in Fresno. I have never had a bad meal there or anything other than a total beautiful dining experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, the food delicious, beautiful & perfectly prepared. On top of that they have a man with a lovely velvety voice that sings & plays piano songs that just enhance your evening in a beautiful way. If you're looking for the perfect date night, this is the best in Fresno you'll find.

High quality, great food, awesome servers. We went for lunch on a Friday so it wasn't too busy. We tried a few appetizers, meals, and desserts. Everything tasted amazing! The food portions are huge, you will not leave disappointed. We thought we were too full for dessert but really wanted to try some things so we went for it and I'm so glad we did! The presentation was absolutely beautiful! Both the bread pudding and pumpkin cake were to die for! You MUST get some when you visit. Our server was attentive and checked on us at the right times for refills or removing plates. Overall, the whole experience was wonderful I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful atmosphere and service was great. Food was unfortunately not that good. We had the bruschetta and crab cakes for appetizers which were good but the entrees were disappointing. We had sea bass,ribeye and rack of lamb all were underwhelming. All that being said a good place to go for drinks and appetizers!

Great experience at The Palms! My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary there and they customer service was excellent - they quickly came to take our orders and we were out of there in an hour because the cocktails, appetizers and food all get delivered so timely. We did not feel rushed at all, but we love service that is fast since we mainly come to eat. Ambience was wonderful - there was very talented piano player that played all the best oldies. There is also a quieter room if you want it and they offered which was incredibly kind of them. Overall, it was great and I would definitely come back!

Celebrated my brother-in-law’s birthday at The Palms and what an experience! The ambiance is unlike anything else in Fresno ~ elegant, yet with a fun and inviting energy. We kicked things off with one of my favorites: the Palm Tower~sushi-grade ahi tuna, shrimp, avocado, tomato, seaweed salad, all drizzled with a citrus emulsion. So fresh and packed with flavor. They also have an incredible wine collection and a full bar. The bar crowd was lively and clearly having a great time. For my entrée, I had the 10 oz Prime Filet Mignon with truffle mashed potatoes and a cognac peppercorn sauce. Cooked to a perfect medium rare plus absolutely melt-in-your-mouth good. To top it all off, they brought out a cabernet of unbelievable desserts (yes, that’s what I’m calling it). Everything was spot on the food, the vibe(which makes or breaks the night), and the service. The Palms never disappoints.

The Palms is Fresno's highest quality fine dining restaurant, particularly suited for the special occasions. Dress should be nice to very nice attire but unfortunately there are some low class Fresno people who dress like they just left Walmart. They just don't get it. A pianist provides soothing jazz and vocal throughout the evening. The food is gourmet and beautifully presented. Filet mignon tender and petrale sole delectable. Servers are personable and are in constant motion but attend each table well. So, when you want to step out for a fine dinner, be sure to step up your appearance to match this fine restaurant's quality and its beautiful decorum.
