The Waffle Place

First timers and we will definitely be coming back! We went after church yesterday and the food was absolutely delicious and so flavorful but the customer service was Absolutely Amazing I mean everyone who worked there was literally so nice and friendly which made this place even more Amazing because now days amazing customer service doesn’t exist unfortunately. I can’t wait to come back!!!!!

It was my first time here and everything was excellent. The wait time was only about 15 minutes on a Sunday, which was surprisingly fast. We ordered a strawberry chia lemonade and an iced coffee—both were great and not overly sweet.

For food, we got the chilaquiles and they were amazing. Our daughter ordered a kids’ pancake and loved it—and we appreciated the creativity in the presentation. To finish things off, we tried the Nutella croissant, and it was absolutely delicious.

Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Definitely recommend this spot to everyone!

Our waiter Miguel was amazing!! very friendly and fast. He kept our coffee refilled nonstop! The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the chilaquiles with asada, and the Nutella waffle is a 10/10.

It's a bit expensive for the experience and the quantity of food. The avocado toast I ordered was quite disappointing. However, the kiddie pancake was definitely a hit with my two year old.

Service is ALWAYS excellent! Miguel is friendly and knowledgeable of vegan options. Five stars all around! If you start selling tofu scramble, you’ll never get rid of me! :)

Miguel has always been our waiter, always respectful, make great suggestions, and always checking on us, making sure our tummies are never empty and remembers us every time. Me and my partner have had this place four weekends in a row and we will still continue to come we love the horchata frappes and the waffles here would definitely recommend to any foodies out there.

First time here and I can’t remember how I found out about this place. I looked online at the pictures and they looked really good so I decided to try it out today.

We entered the building into a small lobby and we waited a few minutes at the counter for someone to seat us. They sat us and asked for our drinks immediately. They offer Pepsi products. Since this is the waffle place, I had to try a waffle. There are many different waffles that sounded really good. I ended up choosing the glazed cinnamon waffle with a side of hash browns and my wife got the butterscotch pancakes with a side of biscuit and gravy.

The glazed cinnamon waffle has cinnamon chips inside with a caramel drizzle on top and candied apple pieces with a scoop of ice cream. The waffle was kind of small, but it tasted like a higher quality waffle the most places. Before writing this review, I looked at the menu because I couldn’t remember what was inside the waffle and I just realized that my waffle actually did not have any cinnamon chips inside of it. I think the cinnamon chips inside the waffle would’ve made it a lot better. I would not get this waffle again and I wouldn’t recommend it either. It was pretty plain. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked. They had a nice crunch on the outside, but not burnt, inside was nice and soft. I’d definitely get these again.

The butterscotch pancakes had butterscotch chips inside with a cream cheese sauce on top. It tasted more like a sweet vanilla sauce on top and it also had whipped cream. I almost ordered the waffle version of it, but I’m not a cream cheese fan, however, the cream cheese sauce on top was very mild and I actually really enjoyed this pancake. I like this one better than mine and I would consider getting it next time. I’m not a big fan of biscuits and gravy so I can’t really comment on it directly, but my wife really enjoyed it.

Our waiter took our order and kind of never came back until our check was due. Somebody else brought us our food and somebody else refilled our coffee, but other than that, we never saw the guy. Which I guess it wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t really need him for anything, but he never checked up to see how our food tasted.

Overall, I really enjoyed this place for breakfast and I will definitely be coming back again to try some of the other flavored waffles and I’d recommend others to try out this place.

Ordered chilaquiles and Food was served cold. I made them aware and took it to the kitchen and returned microwave! Beans are plane and over all the food had no flavor. Wife ordered steak and eggs and it was so so… Pancakes weren’t good. The coffee was only good. We were hoping that it was going to live up to the hype. But unfortunately it didn’t.

Food was nothing special, server didn't come by to refill coffee. Atmosphere was fine, wasn't overly loud or seriously quiet. Overall I'm not impressed enough to recommend it unfortunately.

Great customer service, attentive employees set a charming atmosphere for an enjoyable experience [i.e., Eddie whom has the most positive interactions with several patrons.] Generous food portion's - make the prices equivalent to other restaurants. Definitely recommend & plan to return despite not living nearby!
