Yes it’s in a strip mall. But the owner-chef was staffing the front, was friendly, and quick to prepare delicious and healthy rice bowls that included house-made kimchi (they sell separately by the jar, too). Would definitely go again. Meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Been here a few times now and it's my go to spot when I'm in the Fresno area. The owner is super friendly and walked me thru some menu options on my first visit. Overall the flavors seem like a combination of Korean and Hawaiian. On my latest visit I ordered the bulgogi bowl which comes come with some perfectly seasoned and sauced meat with a variety of veggies on white rice. The sauce is definitely on the sweeter side and is complimented by the tiger bite sauce which has a little kick to it. I invited a buddy of mine to join me as well and he seemed to really enjoy it too (ordered the same thing). I really hope this place stays around as the other food options in the area seem pretty limited.

This unassuming location has a delicious selection of Korean bowls and burritos. They also make their own kimchi! I love Korean food and was very happy with the carnivore bowl. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

My first time here and it won't be my last! The bulgogi beef bowl and the spicy chicken TigerBite Bowl are the BEST! The owner/chef was really sweet and gave us a sample of his kimchi and he wasn't wrong when he said it would take our bowls to the next level because it made the food taste even better! The flavor of the food is HEAVENLY. So flavorful and the texture of the rice is just right! He gave us water and we had some small talk before he went back. We ended up purchasing a jar of kimchi before we left. 10/10 I'm coming back!

We tried a little bit of everything. I have previously had the tacos and the burritos but had to give it all another shot. The tacos are my favorite. I had the pork and the beef. I requested the pork not be spicy and even the not spicy has a kick to it. The owner was so nice and threw in an extra taco. My preferred the beef! The burrito is very large and delicious. The bulgogi fries are delicious! I did not realize they were made with curly fries, which are my favorite. We got the half order and it was more than enough. Just an FYI the sauces are spicy! I am not a fan of spice so they are too much for my taste but the food is delicious, even without the spice. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

Awesome ideas...bahn mi tacos were great. Beef burrito was a big miss, the beef was tough and full of tough unchewable pieces. I might try chicken next cus maybe be softer.

We ordered the Bulgogi bowl, Bulgogi Burrito and BuhnMi Bulgogi Taco (i think that's what it was called). Yumm!! The owner was super generous and offered us a side of his kimchi, totally recommend!!! I can tell that he cares a lot about his customers and memorizes a face when he sees one. This was our first time there and the food exploded with flavors. What a great fusion!!! I was sad to hear that he will be closing up shop, but the good news is that his goal is to set up a food truck. ❤️ I hope to visit again to try more options off the menu. If you're looking for quick flavorable foods I HIGHLY recommend. ?
I visited Tiger Bite Bowls after a long day in the national parks. We were really hungry and found this place after reading about multiple good reviews and reasonable prices, so we decided to give a try. Tiger Bite Bowls definitely lived up to the expectations. We were greeted by a very friendly cashier who was really patient with us as we looked at the menu. The menu is a unique Asian fusion menu. You can order rice bowls and loaded fries. They have great protein options including a bulgogi beef and chicken. I appreciated the option of the student bowl, which is a smaller but still reasonable portion. The food was well-season and came out really quick.This is a casual ambiance, and there is plenty of seating to sit inside the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hidden little gem in Fresno!

Friendly speedy service. I ordered their specialty Tiger Bowl. It was amazing. Fresh produce Mexican infused Asian food. Met the owner and he brought us some free tacos to sample. It was amazing as well. Location isn't the best but it's worth checking out. I'll be back!

This is a cool place. I drive over for a quick lunch and there were only two workers that were really hustling and getting all the orders in. The cashier guy was really going out of his way to please the guest even when he was the only one in front. Great customer service!Food: I ordered the bulgogi fries 10/10 so good and very filling. I also ordered a bahn mi taco. Maybe it wasn't the day but I wasn't a fan of the corn tortilla and bulgogi combo that day. Eating it without the tortilla was good though. Would really recommend! Parking is tight with all the other business around.

An absolute hidden gem in Fresno! I got the tiger bite bowl with spicy chicken. It a perfect balance of spice and I was impressed with the portion size. They go a little heavy on the sauce so just be aware. The owner was also very very kind; took time to ask how the food was and even offered a complimentary Bunh-mi taco (also highly recommend). Overall great experience, highly recommend!
