Food has improved over the last few months however the last 4 times we have gone for dinner the chips they serve before dinner are terrible stale to where it hurts your teeth to eat them.
I even asked the waiter for fresh chips and get the same.

My husband and I usually come here a few times a month during the evening.. and it has been great. The bar service is on point, and times when we have ordered food, it always tastes great and comes out in a timely manner. Today, we decided to come in for breakfast... and it was the worst experience possible. It took 20 minutes to get ours drinks.... and they weren't even busy. There was 1 other couple here when we came in. And then when our drinks finally came out, they were placed on a different table... it then took time for the waitress to realize that she gave our drinks to the wrong people. We ordered our food, and then waited almost 40 minutes for it to come out. By then, it wasn't warm. The food itself was decent, but the service was downright terrible. The waitress also kept forgetting to bring items. Altogether, I would NOT recommend coming here in the morning. The morning crew was slow and unorganized. If you want to have a decent time here, show up during the afternoon/evening hours.

We dined at your restaurant last week and have been regulars at Toledos since the 80s. My husband and is first date was at your Pinedale location..
We had a lady come by for our drink orders after about 10 minutes. Still no chips or salsa which isn't the norm. Lady gets my daughters drinks wrong which we tried to explain as she just walks away. We told her when she came back but the lady acted like she didn't understand us. Still no chips.
Francisco was our waiter and he finally came by and asked about us needing drinks because she took so long. We asked him about chips and he said they're coming. Why multiple servers? It caused delays and errors.
Francisco also had a hard time understanding our orders? I got the burrito special and my husband could not because he didn't want the sauce or beans?
My burrito the chili Verde had 7 tiny pieces of meat. I wouldn't order it again. The service and food just weren't up to the old standards. The waitresses you guys got from the old shaw and Fresno location is the best in town but I didn't see her that night..The manager is friendly but those two need to be trained.
The albondigas was wonderful.
