Absolute brilliant. About as close to an NY bagel as you can get. Huge, soft, fluffy and dense... it's perfection.

The menu options are good for any appetite you have.

Service has always been on point and consistent.

Small dining hall with smaller tables but you can easily sit comfortably. Love the natural light.

Bagels are soft and doughy. They miss the nice crusty outer layer for a good traditional bagel. Service is decent. I honestly would visit another place if they just opened as early as this place does. But people still enjoy these bagels and they offer a larger variety

I have only really ordered from them through DoorDash (it's usually my treat breakfast for the week on either a Friday or the weekend after a long week. I've noticed something odd about them. When I place my order during the weekend, everything is fantastic - the bagel is amazing and the coffee I get makes my day. However, any time I place an order on a weekday, it's a completely different story: their bagels are falling apart or are smashed, the items on the bagel are not even ON the bagel - half of it is hanging out, and they don't even make the coffee well. It's even happened that the eggs are not cooked well. I don't know if they have a different crew working on the weekends, but if that's the case, they need to train whoever is working during the week how to make a simple bagel sandwich and coffee. It's a little embarrassing.

10/10 best service don’t let the long lines fool you they will get your order out shortly.everyone is always happy and friendly!
This is the original bagel shop in River Park. Do not let the “other one” (Einstein ) fool you bad service there and wait times are forever, they’ll run out of your bagel 20 minutes after ordering while waiting!
