So I've been going to this uncle Harry's since I moved to fresno to attend fresno state in 2003... and they have always been awesome..but there's a new manager stephanie... who is awesome. She greets evey single person that comes in, she continues to offer the self serve Kiosk ( no wait) as she works down the line , and yet acknowledges customers and ensures " she will be right with you as soon as possible we appreciate your patience"
The customers love her, she's a people person and she makes u feel wanted. I don't care how long the lines are i still come since everyone here is no damn nice.
Great customer service Team, keep it up and customers will continue to come back

Uncle Harry’s has the BEST bagels in Fresno! It’s my only go to place for a little breakfast treat. I get my bagel so quick that I’m never late for work!

Ordered on Door Dash for pick up. Unsure what changed. I recall the restaurant would use scrambled eggs in their bagels. It appears they stopped doing that; my guess, to save time. This change impacted their quality because now the eggs taste horrible.
Iam aware you can ask for scrambled eggs if you order in person however, customers don’t always order in person. I recommend offering scrambled egg option on ordering apps.

The bagel sandwiches here are KILLER, first off. Can't go wrong. But it's often a bit slow to get your food, and the cinnamon twist things are... Not good. I just don't feel like I can give a full five stars, but that being said, I will come back again and again for their classic lox sandwich.

Food was pretty good and fairly priced. I had the nova lox on Asiago and my husband had the country harvest on the jalapeño. Both of us were pleased with what we had. House coffee and lavender latte were also very good.
