I swear, every time I go to this location customer service gets worse and the manager doesn't know ow how to handle stress very well. I was wanting the cashier to scan for rewards and she didn't know what she was doing and the manager her self was rude and didn't handle the situation correctly. She looked over whelmed and can't handle being under pressure. Look i get it there are customers who are rude and unpleasant. Doesn't mean for you to take it out on the rest of the customers. Get a grip lady.

The ultimate sandwich with the everything bagel is delicious.

I was served by Haily (She goes by Winter) and she was very kind and helpful! She deserves a 5 dollar raise!

Owner was very rude to me on several occasions. The banana nut bagel was the worst I told her she didn't respond or replace it . Normally I don't send reviews this was a minus 1

They have awesome sandwich Begles and the service is great I had this young lady helping me on my order she was wonderful her name was Laura Velasquez keep the good service

I go there with my parents about once a month. My parents enjoy the bagel breakfast sandwiches. Dine in can get a little tight.

Tried the new Spicy Jack today. It was just the right amount of spicy. As always, I am very pleased with the food.

Honestly horrible experience. Spent an arm and a leg and couldn’t even get what I ordered. Bagels both burnt. One had no cream cheese at all and the other barely had any. Do better.

Wasn’t too impressed with the lady in the front register. Management/owner was very rude. I specifically told her to add the cream cheese. She even repeated it back to me twice!! When I received my order, my son grabbed the cream cheese. We were walking out and as I was getting in my car this lady yelled at me that the cream cheese was not added to my order. Oh my Gosh!! Really! I told her again. She told me that she didn’t hear me. 😠. I was not only embarrassed from her yelling from across the parking lot but furious. Never again will I walk into that place.

Honestly, it is a pretty decent place.
However, 3 weeks in a row, I am chewing egg shells in my sandwich. Ontop of it, soggy bagels that are not even toasted. I think you should take a little more pride in your sandwiches.

The new updated breakfast bagels sandwichs are a huge improvement. The peppercorn-herb schmear is great on any of their sandwichs.
