First time here, so looking for what they had on the menu. My spouse can't see well and read what's on the wall, and they had no printed menus. Typically that would make me drop a few stars. However, the young lady behind the counter saw what was going on and approached my spouse with a question and answer conversation, waking her through what she would like and matching it to what they have. She was very patient and helped her make choices and order. Very sweet and helpful.

I love going into Uncle Harry's, always greeted with a hello or welcome back. They are always smiling and even if there is a line and they are super busy they still take the time to do the little things like that. The coffee is hot and the food is yummy! 😋

They aren't serious about their coffee. Wanted an espresso, walked away cause it was served in a plastic cup ...
All the other cafes in town serve in a 3oz ceramic with sparkling water on the side.

I go to Uncle Harry's on the daily and have given 5 star reviews at other locations. However at this location I was left dissatisfied. I ordered my bagel sandwich(The Hash). I added bacon, cracked pepper herb smear and spinach to the sandwich. I also asked for it to be hollowed out(girl at the counter had to ask the gentelman in the back what that meant which is fine). After waiting for about 10 mins I received my sandwich. When I got home I opened it up and noticed they had not hollowed out the bagel. The bagel was not toasted properly(doughy bagel no toast at all). It also had no cracked pepper herb smear or alleppo peppers in it. And I had literally 2 pieces of spinach in it. I get this same exact bagel at the riverpark location almost daily and this time around it was far from what im used to. The only thing they got right was adding a single piece of bacon(not 2 but 1) that I had also added on my order. I understand that the location was busy when I was there (9am) but please dont rush someones order specially when im paying an additional $5 to add stuff on, only for the employee to not add it on.

I did not receive all of my items. Reported the issue to Gilbert and he could care less. No sorry, nothing he could do. It was my problem. Please go to the other Uncle Harry's, this location is terrible.

Ordered a ultimate on pesto. forgot my sausage. Tried calling a few times and no one answers.

Watched one of the servers dust the light fixtures while there were a couple of racks of bagels in the open. I think I would do that at closing time and the food was put away.

Anytime I come to one of these locations the ladies are terriblly rude. I can’t tell you how much I don’t plan on returning now. Also, the bagels aren’t bad but the temperature makes the sandwich taste weird. I didn’t finish it. I ended up growing it out in disgust. Sorry! I’m just not into being talked down to and spit on while I’m eating. Maybe, you should let people know what they’re getting into before hand because it’s just bad and nasty in there

Always so welcoming! Not only is the food always great but they're also very quick with the orders! The customer service is amazing, highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance!

Been here twice. First time, they forgot the schmear on my bagel and I didn't notice until I had driven away. Second time, I ordered a vanilla latte and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cinnamon raisin schmear. They remembered the schmear this time, but the bagel was not toasted all the way, and they added onion and avocado around the rim because the woman didn't clean the knife before spreading the schmear. Disgusting! And instead of a latte, they gave me hot coffee with a pump of vanilla syrup. Again, I had already driven away before catching these things. Lots of workers so you'd think it would be fast and accurate. Instead, they have one worker handling all of the bagels and breakfast sandwiches, which is why she's cutting corners. Will not be back.

Stopped here to grab 2 sourdough bagels for me and my wife. It was my first time so I really didn’t know what to get and I had a few questions. Not sure how to spell the young lady’s name that took my order but she was wearing glasses and she was very rude and seemed as though I was a bother by asking questions. Really disappointed by her service this morning because the bagels were actually really good. Not very welcoming at all. Will probably just try a different location next time.
