VFN is the only place I've been coming to for the last decade to get a delicious shake, my products, and accessories. Karla and Albert are always great and fun to talk to, I end up hanging around because they're just genuine people. They take care of their customers and always come through.

I hate to be the person who writes a negative review for a business, however I feel that it’s needed so other people can see how a business treats people who come in.I walked in to see one person standing in front of me. He wasn’t ready because he was still deciding what product he wanted. I walk over to grab a drink and see two people order some shakes. When I’m ready with my drink, I walk over to the line and wait my turn. I see the cashier is preparing drinks, so I continue to wait.Now, what I’m about to say is the part where I felt unfairly treated. Let me tell you. So while she’s doing the shakes, she instructs the undecided person once he’s ready to let her know. Fine, not a problem. He states that he’s not ready that he’s still deciding. Now, I’m expecting her to ask me if I’m ready, since I was standing in line, but she doesn’t. She pretends as if I’m not even there though I’m standing right in front of her. Then, the actual owner walks into the store, and goes off to the back where the drinks are. I’m still standing waiting in line. Then she checks again with the undecided guy and asks if he’s ready, and he says “I’m gonna order a shake too” ?? and she again, doesn’t even ask me if I’m ready at all, just him. That’s when I decided to walk towards the back where the fridges are and I put the drink I wanted to buy back, and even the owner didn’t bother to ask me if I’m ready nor to let the cashier know I was. Just let me walk away.Now, what we can learn from this is to treat people fairly, I’m not sure why they acted that way, but it wasn’t right. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Bad business.

This is a real gym. Its pretty big and has: upstairs, cardio area, weight area, machines, small weight area, and 2 open spaces mainly for class. I believe there's also a room for martial arts.Parking can be annoying when its the martial arts class and trying to maneuver around the kids and parents inside the gym.No major red flags. Everyone is pretty serious so no one is looking / judging. I got my sister and her boyfriend to come here too

I researched this place and confirmed their hours. I drove across town and they were closed, when their sign said they should be open. Never again.
Call ahead to see what time they close that day. It sucks to get off work today, race all the way to the shop get there 10 minutes before 8 and the female is already almost done counting her money. She said they have to close early when they are slow. As if not every customer is important
