I recently visited Vyxn with my girls and had a very disappointing experience with the club's security and management. After paying and entering the club, we stepped outside for some fresh air because it got too hot inside. The manager, Patrick, harassed us twice. First, he tried to escort us out, assuming we had snuck in without paying. Second time we stepped outside, he checked our IDs and even asked us what year we graduated high school, which felt completely unnecessary and intrusive.

As a previous employee of Vyxn and a regular, I expected better treatment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when we were paying customers just trying to enjoy our night. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The videographer for new years (guy with long bread was very rude to ppl.) I don’t know if it was getting late and he was tired but he was not professional. He was being rude to girls and myself. Please have a talk with him because that doesn’t represent Vyxn atmosphere at all.. there is club owners who check out other clubs and if that’s how you represent yourself with a nightclub. it’s very sad and disappointing..

I went to this club maybe like twice now. They charge $20 at the entrance which is not bad a regular price for almost every club, but it almost feels like This club or lounge should be a little bit more put together, the last time I was there I couldn’t even walk. People were literally on top of each other, trying to get to the other side of the club. It was so packed. Anyways, I went to the restroom and literally the stealing was dripping water. The floor was flooded paper towels, everywhere the toilets were clogged. The counter was all wet. Some of the sinks were not working. I am very surprised and shocked, especially for the area that this club is in, I hope that this will help them fix the problem.

Went to see some EDM DJs at 'the garden' which is just the patio area.
Bartender that served me was awesome! However the clientele that goes there, the layout and the smell of the bar. Ain't it.

Empty place only one group just to the right of pic, went to the bar told me to hold on, so went and sat down. No waitress came even though I saw at least 2 walk around. No service for about 20 min in Empty place. So we left. All fact.

My comment is for New Year’s Eve. We were speaking with their table salesmen & was told there was a $200 off each table. We immediately jumped on this offer and sent the deposit since ALL tables were still available at this time we had a huge selection. Awesome, we’re locked in since we placed deposit. WRONG. On New Year’s Day we receive a message claiming the table was broken & no longer available. We then are told they can upgrade us a table for an additional $400, no thanks. Vyxn sends us back our money since they supposedly have no more tables. 1 hour later the exact tables we had put a deposit on were $400 more than what we had been told / put deposit for.Do not trust Vyxn with your plans. They will take your money & if a higher bid is placed on the table they will refund your money. Vyxn, I have screen shots of the whole thing so please don’t deny it. I can post it if you’d like.

Good Security, Bartenders super friendly and know what they're doing this place only varies on the people that random go there to party. Best part was good vodka! (Remember to be safe)

Came here for my birthday party and loved the vibes. Priscilla and Jaden made sure me and my friends were taken care of. Music and drinks were alright.

Had a great time. Jaden was my server. She was prompt and attentive. Music was good . Wish the place was a little larger .

Vibe is always good it’s the best place in Fresno to go if you want to hit up a club that has a good bar, dance floor, and bottle service.
