The night that I came here I drove for almost 8 straight hours and had a dinner craving for WaBa Grill. The customer service here was such a refreshing experience that I hardly see in restaurants anymore. Jay's customer service skills were great. The young man was polite, well spoken, and noticed I was having trouble navigating the new self ordering screen. He waved me over and recommended a current deal based on what I ordered. In my opinion this service well deserving of a tip unlike most restaurants that expect tips without the service. While waiting for my food I noticed the place and bathroom was clean and well kept. Would definitely stop in Fresno again just for this specific location.

I made an online order and when I walked in and gave my name to the cashier, another employee heard and pretty much yelled at me. She was asking me, "why didn't you answer your phone" "I called you twice". I guess they didn't have steak and was calling me to see if I wanted something else. This was right before lunch hour and it's weird that they didn't have the food prepared. Then I asked what are the other options and she says that they ended up having enough steak after all. When I got back to eat my food, it look like a very sad bowl. Bearly enough rice and meat portions were extremely small. The chicken was gross, tasted like it was old and very chewy. Overall, this was my first experience with WABA GRILL and will definitely not come back. I would've taken my food back for a refund but I had to get back to work.

Absolutely way too much sauce over protein. Chicken was tender "Steak" overcooked Thai tea was not good. I tried choosing the sauce on "step 3" to ordering, but the cashier said that it already comes with the Waba sauce and the boomboom sauce will be xtra. So why even post "choose your sauce" 1st and last time here.

I love this place so far! Delicious food and service isn't bad either! Gotta try the steak if u haven't, it's my favorite meat! The chicken is good too! I thought the salmon was a bit dry for me. The sauces are flavorful as well!

I was really impressed first time visiting and picking up dinner here. Employees were very welcoming and made quite an impression! I decided to pick up again today and got the same as before, which was the protein with chicken brown rice and veggies. I'm pissed because I thought the bowl was going to be as before, but it wasn't. Remember I said this was dinner... well, when I got home ,sat down and took the lid off, it looked like some had already been eaten. Portion was for a little kid and would be snack for an adult. The chicken was chopped in little tiny pieces, one small broccoli crown and cabbage (more cabbage than other).This was in one section of the bowl.. wasn't given much rice either. The time visiting the bowl was full, chicken and veggies were a healthy, reasonable amount. I felt I got what I paid for! I saved some for later.But not this time. I feel like I wasted my money, and if I wanted a snack, I would have ordered something snack size. So I do not recommend Waba if you're counting on a meal. Waba has extremely good healthy choices but doesn't seem to be consistent with servings so for me, that means unreliable .Sadly, I will not spend my money at Waba anymore.
The steak never disappoints. The servings are hearty and the taste is consistent throughout the other locations I’ve had

The food was really good and the price was even better! Going back for a second time tonight. They have a good deal for a family meal which is awesome when you have a big family it gets so expensive eating out! It’s only $40 to feed my family of 5!

First experience went terrible came in for a simple bowl she asked my name and said she would call when it’s ready. SAT in the waiting room watched customers come in get there food and leave they had bigger orders then me.(thought this was odd) then when I got up after 30 mins and asked the lady she finally called my name and pulls it out of the back under like 4 other orders already cold worse service ever! Never called my name, number, or anything. Food was okay a lot of better places to choose from.

I am never coming back to this place again. Their food made me so nauseous that I almost threw up. It was so hot that I couldn't even finish it. Not only that but my mom noticed that they're using processed food. They just covered it all up with sauces and saying that it's not processed food which is false advertising.
When I first heard of this place, I thought it would be good. Now I never want to come to this place ever again. This place was worse than Chipotle and you actually knew what you were getting at Chipotle.
