Had us sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes well other cars when through the drive through. They told us after 15 minutes that they were just started our order. Bad service, horrible wait time.

Wendy's on Fresno and c st gross place they served me raw chicken noticed after I ate half of it and when I went in to get a refund I noticed how gross the floor was by the fryers ewww do better 🤢🤢

Waited over half an hour, told the worker I wanted to cancle my order. I never received anything I order & left to the Wendy’s near city college who served me the exact same order within 5 minutes. I want my refund ASAP & whoever is the manger running this place needs to be fired immediately! First & last time going to this Wendy’s I see why it doesn’t have any business

Placed 3 orders for lunch break we work swing shift ordered 2 baked potatoes sour cream and chives I asked for extra butter sour cream salt and pepper when I went back to work we had nothing to put in our potato.

Parking: We were asked to park to wait for our food and there was a homeless man laying at the door entrance the worker couldn't even open the door

I was poorly served by the man who served me, and he didn't even ask me if I wanted my burgers to take away or to eat at the place, and with a face that served me was very bitter. When you have problems at home, the people who come to buy should stay at home. They expect good service not to see bitter faces from anyone, in these places not even the flies can stop because of how they serve

This Wendy’s sucks…I thought that the latest review that I read would do it justice and be as good as the recent reviews I read. (08/04/2024 @11pm) Today, my sister and I decided to stop by and order some food. Lord and behold, we get to the speaker and this lady (I’m assuming) attempts to take our order but when I began to order, there was no one asking back to confirm my order. Mind you I’m sitting there for 2 mins waiting for them to answer. After waiting for what feels like 3-4 minutes in complete silence waiting for someone to take my order; I decided to drive up to the window to see if they were having drive thru difficulties. When I got to the window, I saw this guy who looks like he was cleaning something near the drive thru window. With patience, I waited for him to be done as I’m assuming that he would ask me if I needed help or something. 3 minutes pass and this dude just completely ignores us. I then attempted to honk my horn and he still didn’t care(mind you I honked at least five times). The guy at the window should do a better job, I mean if you don’t like your job, find a new job. I just don’t get the people who are paid to work but don’t do their job!!! Wendy’s DO BETTER AT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!
