Tina was absolutely amazing she was so respectful and definitely helped with the kiddos making a choice on food 😆 she was super to myself having a long complicated day and she was just absolutely wonderful I couldn't have asked for a better person to be put in my path that day 😊 I'll definitely be coming back ! Enjoyed a quick drive.thru for deliciously cold and sweet.treat. My.fav Wendy original.Chocolate ice cream. Location Cedar and Herndon. I TRY TO STOP AND GET ABOUT ONCE A MONTH That is during the hot summer month. So yes i.plan for it and skip someother option. If your not.creating yrself now and then, lol you should start. Everyone need something special now and then. Cedar Is a clear quick and friendly one. Enjoy yummy!

Best customer service ever at a fast food place! I placed a pickup order for two breakfast sandwiches and some lemonades, but I arrived at the drive thru late after they stopped serving breakfast, like 6 minutes late.
After they had us go to the window to pickup our food, we were told they stopped serving breakfast and threw away everything they made. I was like, no problem, my bad for being late. The guy at the window said it was their fault, which I don’t feel like it was, and said to bring my receipt back whenever they are serving breakfast and they make them for me. I was like no worries, can I just get the lemonades and refund the sandwiches. The guy at the window said he can do the lemonades, but he needs like 10 minutes to process everything. I was like no worries and parked in front of the building.
About 5 minutes later, another employee came to my car with the lemonades and a brown bag. What was inside the bag? The two breakfast sandwiches! I was blown away, they did not have to do that and they literally made my day. I can’t thank them for their service and kindness, and the food was amazing!
Best food from Wendy’s that I have ever had. These people went above and beyond and treat their customers with empathy and respect. If you’re looking to get a bite at Wendy’s and you live in Fresno/Clovis, this is the best location with the best people in the area, hands down!

We came in and stood at the counter for about five minutes without being acknowledged or even looked at. Very disappointing — a simple “We’ll be right with you” would have sufficed.we knew we were not going to be helped. Additionally, there was a homeless individual sleeping outside with their belongings spread out across the floor . I understand things can get busy, but to be completely ignored is not acceptable.
We ended up going to Burger King across the street, where we were greeted and acknowledged immediately — and this was just for ice cream.
