This is my first time making a review because it’s never worth it . BUT this drive thru cashier Naomi as stated on her name tag was MARVELOUS A+ customer service . I will go back just because of her outstanding attitude , she sold me !

My wife and I pulled through the drive-thru to order our food. We ordered 2 apple-pecan salads with no cheese, pulled up and got our food (with no receipt), then drove home. we live about 25 minutes from this location with traffic. We got home and realized our salads were drowning in the cheese. My wife called and left a message about the issue and no one had the courtesy to return the call. Never, ever again.

they get paid more than 15 an hour which is the same amount as the meal being purchased. if you cant pay attention to your job in a slow hour, slow managers need to get a job better for their pace. we need some pre k teachers, more than incompetent order takers. go back to step one.

The manager who was the one who took my order could not be more unfriendly. It was overpriced and not to good I don't think I will return to that location.
Worker sucks couldn’t even take other peoples orders in drive thru without cancelling mine, then they don’t give me the right food and she cuts me off when I have to go back through the drive thru because they have all their lobby doors locked and their phone doesn’t even ring. This is the worst Wendy’s actually fast food place in fresno

If I thought the door was closed, I went through the drive-thru, but I didn't do anything wrong. I should have placed the order because the do-test would have received the order, or else they would have told me the time that it closes at this time. I should not go through the drive-thru next time. Very bad store bad attitude did not order me
