Order food with a request no mayo no catchup please. Got home to deliver to the hard working wife and she bite into the baconator with a mouth full of mayo/catchup almost threw up. Humpf.

Wendy's is my go-to for a quick, cheap snack on the go. Usually the biggie bag with a double stack! Their beef tastes superior and I've heard that it is. Their buns are so soft and fluffy and the bacon is always crisp and perfect! I don't have any photos because I always inhale it lol no time for pics ?Their salads are also exceptional if that's more your vibe! Summer berry salad is my favorite!

Today me and my groups were at Wendy and my groups low disability come in and was get frosting . We wait and for are ordered (frosting). Then manager and the district manager was there at the table. We were waiting for are (frosting ). The district manager and her name was Ruby. Keep yelling across the restaurant( u guy shouldn’t bring outside good in). I told Ruby and the manager named Victory that we are waiting for are frosty and i do have the right to seat down. Both of them was be very rude and disrespectful towards me and my low disability group. I told both of them manager, and district manager. That i not trying to be rude, but I did order frosting for my group and we do have the right to sit there and eat our frosting. i’m really disappointed how disgusting both of them keep ask us to leave. And I did order frosting and I don’t understand why we come we can’t sit there and eat. I feel like they were disappointed and towards my group and me. What happened to customers right if I order my frost and I should have the right to sit down and eat they shouldn’t tell me to leave. I feel disappointed and discussing with this Wendy.

This place has no customer service! I waited in drive thru for over 15 mins only to come to the speaker and wait another 10. My kids, kids meals were not fresh the fries were old. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since wait times were long I assumed our food was going to be fresh!! Absolutely NOT. When it was our turn to come to the window the team leader or manager was taking her sweet time didn’t take the cars next order because I waited another 10 mins at the window for my food and there was no car behind me. Go to this Wendy’s if you plan on waiting over 45 mins just to order some food. And by the way I did not get a receipt. Do better Wendy’s JEM management

I was there on Feb 10 around 5 and I just really wanted to shout out Jonathan. He was extremely helpful and was genuinely concerned that we were waiting a while for part of our meal. (It was during dinner rush so I understand the wait)But he even took time during his break to bring us the rest of his meal while he was heading to sit down.Thank you Jonathan, your kindness made mine and my boyfriend’s day!

I went to go eat wendys at lunch-dinner time and i got chicken nuggets and when i was eating i felt a strand of something when i was chewing, it was piece of hair in the chicken nugget we also didnt get hot sauce for the chili and a barbecue
