BBQ brisket was fantastic. Prices were a tad on the higher side, but good quality food

It was good. The power went off and couldn't get a coke refill, I didn't need it!! they were working on the business next-door and turned off the power.

I ordered a cup of Mac and cheese and it was cold in the center. I told them and they offered to get me a new one. I waited 20 minutes and it turned out they gave it away to another customer by accident. When I asked them about it they were clueless. They offered me another cup with a refund but the Mac and cheese was still cold. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to warm up food. I will not be back and I don't recommend anyone get their Mac and cheese due to it being served cold.

Gotta complain here; the lobster roll special sandwich wasn't toasted as advertised, and I specifically said no bacon & there was bacon on the sandwich.

Good food with a friendly staff. It's a small shop with not a crazy amount of room to sit but the openness works well for the shop and makes it feel welcoming and spacious. The sandwiches are great and the lobster Mac n cheese was a favorite the first time I went. Going back again today, I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven't.

Go to Habit or Chipotle. The Clam Chowder was water with a little cream & no seasoning. Just terrible. Also the young man who bagged it messed up the lid and got it all over my sandwich. Main issue, the place has sourdough in its name. Bread was cracked and felt at least day old. Never coming back.

I have never heard of this place so when we went to tractor supply we decided to try it. WOW! We got the Greek salad and broccoli cheese soup. Portions were huge so we shared it. The place is very clean, kind people and they came to check on us when we were eating. Absolute return place.

We went by this location at 745pm tonight and it was already closed. Posted hours are 8pm on Google.

Ate here while waiting for my car at good guys and it was quick and very good and fresh! I ordered the cracked pepper turkey and there was lots of meat and the bread was fresh! Very good.

I see these bad reviews and I'm quite surprised... I've brought my grandkids her several times and we've never been disappointed, the food is always delicious and the people behind the counter are amazing always so kind always a smile. I noticed in the reviews the bad reviews seem typically ordered on line, I see how that could happen so I wouldn't order on line anyway. And....SUPER CLEAN!!!

Love Sourdough bread and thought this was going to be a great place to eat living so close and coming home from a hard days work hungry. Well like the old Wendy's commercial where's the beef! Wheres the cheese! This is the worst sandwich shop in Fresno man I miss Genos! Lost another neighborhood hungry man! And of course this spreads like wild fire throughout these neighborhood's. Better wake up and look at your reviews! And only been open a short time! I'll see this place closing very soon! Actually got the Reuben sandwich and asked for extra sauerkraut! Not kidding just a few strands of kraut even told them I'd pay extra for more. Such a disappointment! And like $9.00 nope never again! Honestly don't eat there unless you just want sourdough bread which ain't bad but not the sandwiches! Also I like macaroni and cheese thought id get the lobster macaroni and cheese! Same as their regular Mac and cheese really seen no difference!

This was my first time at this restaurant chain and my first time leaving a review on Yelp. This was absolutely the worst food I have had since moving to Fresno four years ago. That is saying a lot since Fresno is full of mediocre restaurants at best. I ordered the French dip sandwich, there were 2-3 small strips of thin meat (think of packaged Buddig sandwich meat you buy at Walmart for $0.80), a sprinkling of white cheese on hard day old sourdough bread. The inside of the bread was soggy and the outside was super hard. I like sourdough but this bread didn't even have a taste of sourdough. The whole sandwich was flavorless! The au jus was just brown water with salt. I wish there was one nice thing I could say about this $11 sandwich, not even the sauce they put in my bag was good. Not even sure what it was but it didn't go with the sandwich at all. I considered taking the sandwich back after the first bite but driving back to the restaurant just wasn't worth my time. I gave the thin meat to my dog and she left it in her bowl. Needless to say, I threw it in the garbage with the resolve to not even look at that place when I drive by it. You're welcome for my $11 donation btw.
